I recently visited Kyuramen near UCF for the first time, and wow — what an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance instantly transported me to Japan. The decor, lighting, and overall atmosphere made it feel like a true escape — a perfect blend of authenticity and comfort.
My waiter Wilson was phenomenal — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help me find the perfect dish. He took the time to learn my flavor preferences and made thoughtful recommendations based on that. I decided to trust his suggestions, and I’m so glad I did because every bite was bursting with rich, perfectly balanced flavors.
The ramen was absolutely delicious — fresh noodles, flavorful broth, and beautifully presented. You can really tell that Kyuramen takes pride in both their food and their service.
If you’re anywhere near UCF (or even if you have to make a little trip), you HAVE to check this place out. Amazing food, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like you’ve traveled straight to Japan. I’m already planning my next visit! ✨

Very good ramen place with good an interesting take on the decor. The main knock is that they only open at 11:30am (which is how you know they take asian food seriously).
I remember the first couple of times I went there, the ramen portions were generous but still very good. Also, they are one of the few places that serve fruit juice infused teas — hard to explain, just give it a try.
They use a push-button system to help you call the server and request different things. The text is too small on the specialized button, so I just push the big one.
The main dining area often gets reserved for larger parties, but the side booths give very good privacy.

Kyu Ramen is one of the more authentic Japanese restaurants around this area. I grew up in Japan, so this is coming from my personal perspective. The restaurant has a trendy, modern style, but what stood out to me was the seating. Some of the seating layouts are very unique and not something I usually see here. At the same time, there are private seating areas, which feel very familiar in a Japanese way.
I have been here several times, and the experience has been consistent each visit. If you are looking for Japanese food that feels closer to what you would find in Japan, this is a solid spot to check out.

Great ramen! As you enter the restaurant, you will be greater by a tea/bubble bar.
Date worthy decor, private seating, quirky bee hive seating, make you you fell like you’re in Japan.
The good was delicious and somewhat affordable.

Overall I would say this place is good, just depends on what you order. My husband loved the kimchi ramen, but I was not impressed with my rice burger. However, the various appetizers we got as well as drinks were delicious. Would recommend the amazing lemonade with strawberry popping bubbles, as well as Thai milk tea. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant is also very nice. There are some private booths and other unique seating options available. Service could have been better, but our waitress was nice and addressed all of our concerns.

My family and I loves coming here. The food is sooo good. Omurice is our daughter’s fave. We love the Ramen. Service is top notch! Our server Kayla is super super nice, gave us recommendations and very helpful in general. Will definitely keep coming back here.

My daughter loves ramen and this place was so welcoming!! We ended up ordering take out but everyone was super sweet and let her take pictures and explore while we waited. Truly a hidden gem. I love the idea of private dining rooms as it gives it a more intimate setting. Such a cute spot and highly recommend trying it out.

Been here a number of times, ramen is solid, bubble tea is fantastic, matcha pudding isn’t sweet, but everything else is amazing. We had Selena as our server, timely, quick, super kind. Will continue to come back.

This is the second location we’ve been to. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is nice and private. The staff is very polite. I took one star away from service because they took long to respond to the call button. We had to leave our table to find someone for a bit of soy sauce.
All in all, I recommend Kyuramen x TBarr. I wish they would open a location in Saint Lucie West so we could have their food more often!
