However, the wallpaper’s pattern and colour combination felt quite overwhelming and made it uncomfortable to relax.
We started with the teriyaki ribs, which were unfortunately too salty for our taste. The Japanese seafood ramen was overly sweet and didn’t feel particularly authentic. On a positive note, the sushi was beautifully presented and tasted fresh and delicious.
We also found the cash-only policy a bit inconvenient.
The hotpot was excellent and the open kitchen shows they are confident in their cleanliness and skills.
Everything prepared fresh and unbelievable value.
They also cater well to people with dietary restrictions with allergens clearly marked
Cash only but there’s an ATM opposite at the coop
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the sushi master and his attentive staff. The atmosphere immediately set the tone for a memorable dining experience—cozy, inviting, and full of character.
The sushi itself was a standout. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch, fresh, and flavorful, and each piece was crafted with care and precision. You can tell the sushi is made to order with real attention to detail.
This wasn’t our first visit, and it certainly won’t be our last. Every time we’ve been here, we’ve had nothing but amazing experiences. If you’re looking for authentic sushi in a welcoming setting, this place is an absolute must-try. 10/10, highly recommend!
I’d definitely recommend reserving a table as the restaurant is only small and walk ins are limited.
