I rarely leave bad reviews for Asian restaurants in Europe because they’re facing challenges on many fronts, not just economically. I had a feeling this would be a Chinese place masquerade as Sushi and I expected it to be bad, but still better than no Asian food for the night. There was a total over 3 different sushi the whole time I was there. At the very least I expected there to be shrimp or octopus, which are still cheap sushi. They had 1, a single piece of white fish. There were a few squid which was okay. The rest were salmon. Nothing from the fried food items were edible. I ate some mussels because there was nothing else but it was way too overflavored with sauce and overcooked.
The food is terrible and nothing to eat, it’s still whatever. I’m leaving a review because the owner came 20 minutes before closing (I’ve only sat 40 minutes at this point, 25-30 minutes of which is just waiting around) and collected my chopsticks and rushed me to leave because they were closing. I also wouldn’t have left a bad review but another Chinese restaurant nearby on a different date was equally rude and it seems to be a problem with Chinese restaurants in Munich.

I found the selection of running Sushi fairly limited and not bad but also not great.
It took a long time until the plates and cups got taken by the waiter so they piled up until they almost fell over.
With a price of >>25€ that’s not adequate.

One orbit takes about 3.5 minutes. I came in at about 19:00 and left just before 20:00.
I was sat in the “hard mode” table at the very end of the conveyor belt where it makes a 180° turn. As such I had about half the time to grab that a typical table would have. 2 seconds with no ability to look ahead at what’s coming. On the plus side, I never had to open or close my door because there wasn’t a door!
When it comes to nigiri sushi, I know what I like and they had what I liked. Lots of salmon, lots of maguro. Sometimes it’s hard to see exactly what you’re getting because of the plastic covers on the bottom belt. Everything I grabbed was enjoyable for me.
One problem I had was if I grabbed the top plate, twice the bottom plastic top came off with it, and then I felt compelled to grab the bottom plate too. Again, nothing I ended up with was bad at all and I enjoyed every plate I had. It was a bit of a chore to get another beer, but other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Also that doesn’t seem to be a problem later in the evening when selection thins out because nothing is stacked.
I can’t speak to what’s available on the top “hot” shelf, as I only looked up there to get ginger and wasabi, which only came around once in a while.
Towards the end of my time, I could see the selection thinning out a bit, so other reviews of there being inadequate selection later in the night may have merit. That wasn’t my experience but I can see where it could happen.
Stick to the basics and you’ll have a 5-star experience too!

It’s not authentic Japanese running sushi. Mostly the food are more like Chinese food. If you are a fan of running sushi, you’ll be disappointed. But they provide many dishes that still fulfill your stomach. I’m here for sushi but they have many dishes unrelated to sushi. Which means the variance is a bit insufficient. See my pictures.

Overall, it was fine. You need to think that going to any running sushi in germany won’t get you high quality sushi. But keeping that in mind it was ok. Service was great but the variety of dishes and taste wasn’t the best.

It’s really up to what you expected. The taste of the food was ok but you really get what you paid for. Almost no room to move around the table, the service was not very nice (the drinks were served to us over the counter), no ambient at all in the restaurant.
