I love IHOP, and I think I will always love IHOP. I am ways very happy with everything there, from to food, to the service, to the drinks, and even the kind waiters. There is always enough food to fill you up, I actually always leave absolutely stuffed and satisfied. The menue has a very wide selection, and it’s all pretty good. The pancakes, though, I think are the real prize winners. They’re so fluffy and delicious, and the syrups are to die for. There is plenty of parking, and the establishment is pretty clean. The servers are very nice, and always there if you need anything.

We had such a fun time at IHOP in Chula Vista! It was the perfect breakfast spot for our family.
The kids had a blast, and honestly, the kids’ menu is one of the best I’ve seen—they just circle what they want, and that’s it! Simple, fun, and it keeps them engaged.
I had the scrambled eggs and sausages, and they were delicious, cooked just right and very satisfying. Even though we went for breakfast, some of the kids went straight for burgers and fries, which they loved.
IHOP gives you full flexibility, eggs your way, vegetarian and even vegan options, which I really appreciated.
The atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful, and we were seated right away with no wait at all.
Our food came out quickly, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The parking lot is huge, which made getting in and out easy, especially with a group.
If you’re looking for a kid-friendly, stress-free breakfast (or brunch) spot with something for everyone, IHOP in Chula Vista is a great choice. We’ll definitely be back!

Stopped by IHOP after a poetry show cause my Sun and I wanted breakfast for dinner (which is the best time to eat breakfast)! Our waitress was very attentive and the food and our food didn’t take long at all. I was surprised to see it was still open late. That’s good to know cause we definitely are coming back!!!

Portions are not buck worth and food taste was “mehh” only went here because of a gifted card. My daughter stated her hamburger meat taste “weird” definitely would not spend my own money here.

I have been frequenting IHOP for years. The pancakes have a traditional and classic taste that I absolutely love. I appreciate the option for turkey bacon and having real shell cracked eggs – it’s a great plus. The presentation is nice, and everything is simple and to the point. It’s a fantastic place for families, and I definitely plan to come back IHOP to come back again soon!

Ordered food from here early this morning, and it was an absolute disaster. They completely forgot our extra syrup, the extra TWO pancakes we paid for, and didn’t even include any silverware! Nothing we specifically asked for showed up. To make it worse, we asked for bacon and instead got plain, dry sausages—like, what even is that? Are the employees asleep in the back, or does the person handling orders just not care? This was beyond disappointing, and I was NOT satisfied at all. I wouldn’t recommend this IHOP to anyone. Terrible experience. $60 FOR THEM TO FORGET EVERYTHING. WE ASKED FOR ??? Shame.
