Fast and fresh sushi with a fast food atmosphere. My wife and I really enjoyed everything we ordered. I also appreciate that they have smaller, inexpensive filler sushi rolls in case you want another roll but don’t wanna spend $1,000. The atmosphere felt a little like a fast food joint. If I’m going to spend a bunch of money on sushi, I want it to feel like a nice restaurant. On the flip side, ordering at the register means you don’t have to tip. This place is definitely worth checking out.

Good eats, clean restaurant, would definitely return! When I lived in FL, they had this place that served Ramen about as authentic as it gets. Since moving back to KY, I have been searching for that same flavor, and I am still searching. To me, this caters more to the American palate, and that’s fine! It was still delicious, just not as authentic as I envisioned. I would still return, and I can’t wait to try more items from the menu. Lovely establishment.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve not had “restaurant ramen” before. The noodles are much thicker than your traditional packaged ramen. At first, it was weird due to that because of the texture & taste but after a few bites, I didn’t even think about it. I am about 40 min away from the restaurant & I got it to go. The noodles were a little stuck together as a result. So I ended up having to cut them into chunks. That was also weird initially & probably contributed to the initial impression – you know how the mind is lol
I got the curry chicken ramen bowl. It was so yummy! But a word of warning… It says spicy and spicy is an understatement. It was very, very spicy! So, if you are reading this & have sensitivities or aversions to spicy, this is definitely not an item for you. All other spicy lovers, give this dish a try!
Will I return? I sure hope so! I was only in that area of Lexington for a work event and it’s typically considered out of the way for me since I do not live in Lexington. That said, I have thought about the dish a few times since trying it and will need to find a reason to pass that way again

I just did an online order from here for the first time and it was amazing! I got the hibachi chicken entree and shrimp tempura sushi roll. The restaurant was very clean, the employees were very nice and the food was awesome! I will definitely be coming back soon!!

Omg !!.. All the sushi was so good. Tried the Kyoto Roll, Crab Rangoon Roll, Pink Lady Roll.. salmon and Tuna so fresh… you should try !! We keep coming back, its that good.. Keep up Chef !! Next time will try the Ramen and Hibachi..

Please take the slim younger guy with glasses from dealing with the general public or retrain him on customer service skills. Every interaction that I or other people who I know have eaten here more than once have had with him has been unpleasant at best.
Also, what I came back to tell him aside from needing to fix his attitude was to get the dead juicy fly out of the bottom of the forks at the takeout container. But, never mind. Y’all enjoy the inevitable visit from the restaurant inspectors, good luck and godspeed

Well, that was disappointing
I ordered hibachi chicken and a California roll.
The flavors of the hibachi were good, the rice was good too. The vegetables felt raw and thrown in at the last minute.
But the sushi is what dropped the score for the review. It felt and tasted old.

The hibachi shrimp was amazing. I highly recommend spending the extra $2 and going for the noodles. Well worth it. The inside is setup like a fast food restaurant where you order at the front. The food comes in Tupperware containers which is convenient if you want to have takeout or have leftovers.

Kyoto is absolutely amazing, the food and service is always wonderful. This restaurant is always a huge hit with my family! One of the best places for combination fried rice and their bowls! I would have included a food image but I ate it before I remembered haha. Definitely recommend trying them out!

The first time trying this and been wanting to try it..I’m so glad we tried this. The food was awesome, the temperature stayed until we made it home. We have decided that we will be back very soon… one thing I love is they have vegetarian options..thank you for that.
