I was in the area to get Chinese food a few weeks ago and realized this spot next door wasn’t just a “juice” bar! They actually have a lot more to offer. I’ve always seen smoothie bowls on social media, so I tried one! I loved it! I’ve been back three or four times since then. I always get the Kwench bowl. Michael is EXTREMELY helpful when I ask questions or request customizations. The VIBE is unique… in a good way! I love the different seating options. There’s also different games at tables for customers to play.

Not your average smoothie place! In my opinion, smoothies at other places are way too sweet. At kwench, I got the ‘green wave’ with protein and chia seeds added….it was perfect! Great flavor, texture and service. Spent over an hour in the comfortable, clean and well furnished dining room. I’ll be back!

HAIR IN MY FOOD! I will never come here again. I ordered an acai bowl online for pickup. It tasted great and the fruit was fresh. However, after eating more than half of the bowl, I found a hair in it. I am blond and I ate this bowl in my car right after picking it up. The hair didn’t come from anywhere else.
As you can see in the photo, I ate most of it before realizing. I am disgusted.

I normally go to the one in Falls of Neuse and the staff is always friendly and my bowls are nice and full. This location was horrible. My bowl was half full as you can see in the picture. I asked the guy why it was so empty and he gave me an attitude and asked if I want more. Not even an apology. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
