Been a customer since 2023, but now things have changed here. Few weeks ago purchased 2 samosa they gave 1 mint sauce and 1 tamarind sauce which is completely fine. Today purchased 4 samosa they still gave 1 tamarind sauce and 1 mint sauce. Asked for 1 extra mint sauce the counter lady asked to pay extra for that. Tbh I don’t have any problem in paying extra which I did as well. But does it make sense to give only 1 tamarind sauce and 1 mint sauce for 4 samosa.

My kids and I have been regulars for a few years, online ordering, I don’t think we’ve ever been to the location, the food is just good enough to keep us coming back…
First, I’ll start with a dark horse on this list, the samosa burger… It really shouldn’t work but it just does. I’ve been putting it off for a while but I recently just pulled the trigger on this and tested it out and, yeah, it really is pretty good. I got it in a 2 for 1 offer, not sure it’s worth the full price if I’m only getting one. Maybe if they turned it into a sliced up samosa in three small sliders, each flavored/spiced a little differently…
Anyway, other than that we’ve had Chana Masala, chicken tikka masala, and butter chicken (my kids’ favorite) with both rice and naan.
The food is really good, reliably well prepared, and they turn orders around pretty quickly. No complaints, no notes, we have yet to have a bad experience.

Located in a shopping plaza on Guelph Line and Upper Middle Road in Burlington, Kwality Fine Indian Cuisine has been serving great Indian fare and sweets for approximately twenty years. Originally established as a buffet with optional a-la-carte service, the restaurant has been a recipient of numerous Readers Choice Awards over many years, and I believe the Platinum Award for three consecutive years. The restaurant underwent some changes as most businesses did when economic times turned and became static a few years back. As such, they answered the changing business climate by devoting their resources toward take-out. As a result of increasing demand by patrons, they are currently and gradually changing back to providing more dine-in service once again. Over the many years that we have patronized this restaurant, their philosophy behind serving fresh, good quality food at reasonable prices has not changed. They may no longer have the extensive buffet table they once did in the past, but the hot table with many popular food items combined with their made to order menu will definitely satisfy any discerning fan of Indian food. Over their many years, they had become very well known and popular for their selection of quality sweets that pretty much occupy one entire side of the restaurant. The presentation of colourful sweets in the display cases are highly tempting, especially at the thought of tickling one’s palate with such flavourful and nutty delicacies. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained, and the general ambience is pleasant. As a family run restaurant, the importance of providing excellent customer service is a priority and they try their best to ensure that all customers are made to feel welcome and glad that they visited Kwality. Overall, Kwality Fine Indian Cuisine provides good value for the money by serving fresh and delicious Indian fare. They have a very good selection of a-la-carte items in their menu, and can accommodate the lunch crowd quickly with popular food items from their hot table. Their longevity in the business and the numerous awards over many years I believe serve as an excellent testatment to what has made this restaurant very successful.

Service was good, but I’ve never tasted worse Indian food. My shrimp vindaloo was watery, and tasted like cayenne pepper and excessive amounts of salt. The shrimp were also small and unpeeled. It’s an expensive dish, and I had to throw it out

Disappointing Experience – Food Safety Concern
I have been a regular customer at Kwality Burlington, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. While enjoying a sweet I purchased from there, I was shocked to find pieces of metal and plastic inside. This is not only unbelievable but also raises serious concerns about food safety and health.
I’ve always trusted this place for quality, but this incident has shaken my confidence. It is completely unacceptable to find foreign objects in food. I strongly urge the management to pay more attention to the preparation and safety standards to avoid such incidents in the future.
For anyone who values their health, I would suggest being cautious when ordering from here until they address these concerns. I hope this review leads to a much-needed improvement in their food handling practices.

The food was so delicious – we ordered three plates of Chole Bhature and Mango lassi and enjoyed it so much that we didn’t want to leave! The girl who helped us was really sweet and made the experience even better. Great food, great service, and such a lovely vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

The food is very good. We’ve gone there for years and it never let us down. The prices are very good as well. The only disappointment is the washroom. When the restaurant opened years ago the bathrooms were clean but over the years the cleanliness went down significantly. I believe the toilet cleanliness is a direct reflection of the kitchen and food preparations. So is the food prepared with care in a clean environment? They should also be playing some background music. It was no music at all in the restuarant so the atmosphere was kinda dull. Other than that it was a great night out.

Used to eat here years ago. Now they only have take out. I ordered from their online menu, only to find the prices at pickup are higher. Our biggest concern was the inability to vary the spice level of the food, which most Indian restaurants do. I was told the food is not “child friendly”, and was specifically told the spice level is “medium”. Of course the butter chicken was mild but the aloo ghobi was far from medium. I can handle medium-hot, and this was almost too spicy for me. On top of this, the chana masala was watery, with a lot of filler ( we don’t even know what was in it). We also got malai tikka-for $16 we barely got 2 chicken breasts (maybe 1 1/2). Finally, all the butter naan was burnt (and we ordered 6). When I called about the spice level, the employee kept reiterating that he had told me the food is not for children. There are many better places than this and the only reason I gave two stars was the food was ready at pickup time and it was hot (temperature wise!). I simply cannot recommend this place.
