I came in for a protein shake after working out and the owner was so incredibly kind, she made me feel welcomed. The strawberry banana shake is delicious, i actually finished it so fast i forgot to take a picture of it the protein cake pops are delicious as well! I will definitely be coming regularly

Great place for those who are health conscious and love smoothies! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. This is a new favorite spot to go to when I’m working in Kernersville. The staff is also very knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition.

Johnathon provides excellent service. He makes amazing protein shakes and amazing teas to go with it.
Its an amazing place just to hang out, with a wonderful atmosphere and some wonderful regulars to sit and talk with.
Occasionally you’ll find Johnathon’s wife Morgan there, and she is so delightful.
I would highly recommend stopping in and trying one of their many amazing shakes and teas.
