I went here because they offer zoodles (zucchini noodles) as a base so I figured I could get a good keto meal, but they SLATHERED sugar all over the carrots, cucumber, and pork. I truly don’t understand the appeal of SUGARY carrots (??) or pork with THAT much sugar on it. Plus there was absolutely no salt on anything except the meat. I don’t like cold, flavorless zucchini and unsalted cucumber. And the “grilled” (sugared and fried) pork tasted like they hadn’t cleaned their griddle in days.

We ordered through DoorDash, and it took about an hour for the food to arrive. However, food wasn’t bad for the price.

Broken Rice Combo ($14.99): The pork egg roll was just okay–not crispy. The shrimp didn’t taste fresh, and wasn’t deveined, but the grilled pork and chicken were solid. Overall, a mid-tier broken rice plate.

Sizzling Beef Plate / Bánh Mì Chảo ($15.50):
This came with stir-fried marinated beef, Vietnamese pork meatballs, a sunny-side-up egg, pâté, Vietnamese mayo, a side salad, and toasted baguette. It looked like they mixed the pâté and mayo together–the sauce was super white and looked like bánh mì spread, so we used it that way. The beef was flavorful and well-marinated. The meatballs looked dry so I soaked them in the sauce before eating them. The salad was just a few slices of cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce leaves butworked as a refreshing contrast to all the salty proteins.

Bánh Mì Grilled Pork ($8.99): Loved the grilled pork–flavorful with a good amount of meat. I didn’t taste any pickled carrots/daikons, just a ton of cilantro. It also came with a side sauce and a Sriracha packet, which felt random. We ended up using the sauce for our rice instead.

We had the pork spring rolls, beef bhan mi, and chicken potstickers, as well as a Thai tea and milk tea with boba. Everything was fantastic, and prices super reasonable. The picnic tables nearby are convenient, but with a view of a dumpster I wouldn’t call them scenic, and there were lots of flies. Still, the food is more than worth it. Some of the best spring rolls I’ve had in years!

No joke I’ve been here four times in the past week because it’s just that good. I get the pork banh mi and have been satisfied every time, but the fried rice, egg rolls, and ESPECIALLY the viet coffee are great too. Well priced with very friendly and efficient staff. I’m lucky to live so close to Kuway’s, but honestly I’d probably still come here even if I lived across town.

I go to this Kuway almost every week for the past year! I tried almost everything here, from banh mi, broken rice, and noodle salad to the signature sizzling beef pan, which is my all-time favorite! Not only is the food so delicious but the owner is so kind and cheerful I took all of my friends here and all of them love it! I love this food truck so much and I’ll keep coming here for the sizzling pan!

This has become my daily lunch spot. Their pork bahn mi is so good and only 7.50
They are fast, friendly and consistent. I’ve had 15$ bahn mi that did not compare to kuways at all. Try it out, you will be happy

I ordered delivery for lunch during work and it was amazing. The steamed bun sliders were fluffy and light with the most tender, flavorful pork and beef (pork is pictured, I ate both of the beef before I thought to take one). The Thai tea was just right, and the egg rolls were crispy and a nice size (not too big or overstuffed). I bet it’s even better when you visit in person and I plan to do so in the near future.

These Banh Mi are amazing. We also had the tacos where the tortilla reminds me of the texture of a fried wonton. We had the pork and the beef and both were just as juicy. I also had the leeches drink and it was refreshing.

Great Vietnamese food truck! The banh mi is great. If the bread was crispier it’d been perfect!

The iced coffee is pretty good too!

For the price you pay, under $10 for the banh mi, this is a steal!
