Had a very pleasant experience with our catering order today. We ordered Karrapodi Gobi, Chicken 999, Rayalaseema Boneless Chicken Biryani, and Nilgiri Paneer Biryani for our office event today, and everything was absolutely fantastic!
The starters were amazingly flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the biryanis were aromatic, and packed with taste. Everyone at the event loved the food and kept going back for seconds.
Great quality, generous portions, and authentic flavors. I would recommended for office gatherings or any occasions for that matter

We had our MTS event today for about 1000 people, and Kurrys handled the catering well. There was enough food for everyone and no shortage. The food tasted good and the quality was nice.
The Thalapakati goat biryani, chicken fry, sweet pongal, and sambar were all good and people enjoyed them.
If you’re planning catering in Michigan, you can consider Kurrys. They provide good food at reasonable prices and can handle big events.

This place was suggested by a friend and was not disappointed. The food was delicious. We enjoyed 5 out of 6 dishes we ordered. There serving sizes are pretty good and it’s worth the price. They have diffferent list of biryanis and they tasted good. The only biryani I dint like is there kurry fried chicken biryani. We also ordered starters and they tasted good. The service was good but looked like they might need some help though. Ambiance was decent and could be better. Overall this is a decent place for an Indian food.

Both my take out orders on two different occasions were delicious.
The first order was for lamb Chettinad, with rice and garlic naan.
The second order was for chicken methi and for tandoori chicken, with garlic naan.
I highly recommend the chicken methi.
We will definitely be trying other items on the menu.

We had our only Daughter’s wedding/reception catered from Kurrys! We went to multiple restaurants in the metro Detroit area to try Indian food and were not very satisfied. We were particular to have authentic, tasty, food which catered to our guests who ranged from high critics with a great Indian palette to pasta dishes to gongura pappu. They were extra careful with allergies and labeled each dish with care!!! Not only did Kurrys did what they said and what we expected, but they, in particular, Karthik, went over and beyond in discussing, multiple tastings, changing the menu for us and finally executing in style. In the end, the amount of praise they got from our guests, continues to grow. Classy, elegant and brilliantly executed!!!!! Thank you Karthik and thank you Kurrys!!!! Hats off to you guys! We’re grateful.

Ordered Monagadu chicken appetizer, it was just leftover chicken heated up. Chicken is hard and when a piece is cut it looks brown inside. Had this item in past , it tastes goid but is worst today.

We ordered food for a party and were very disappointed with the service on multiple fronts
1) a couple of items in the order were not received. After 3-4 calls to the staff+partner, we did not get an apology.
2) they have non standardized tray sizes. We ordered 2 half trays of apps and 2 half trays of curries. In the first photo(side view pic), on the left is a standard sized half tray we get at stores, on the right is the half tray size for curries and apps at this restaurant.
3) in the second picture(top view) is a half tray size from Namaste(canton) vs half tray size from Kurry. Both of them cost $65.
4) we ordered 7 half trays from them and per them each half tray can serve 8-9 ppl.
My suggestion for them are
1) to not have 3 or 4 escalations to try to get to a resolution.
2) If they have non standardized tray sizes, advise clients about the same and let them know how many people it can serve.
3) Refund the delivery fee when the delivery missed delivering items they were supposed to.
We have ordered from them a lot of times and never had an issue. We appreciate the call from the owner, but obviously not satisfied with the overall experience.

So far my fav Indian restaurant. Food is really good. you can adjust spice level to your choice, you can get it really spicy like guntur spicy. We tried the south Indian chilly chicken . Pomfret Fish cooked in banana leaf is really good. Egg bonda felt just like street food. Biryani’s are all delicious no complaints.
Should try the Pan for sure.
