This place is such a gem! So happy to see a hot pot place in uptown we needed it! The broths are deliciously seasoned. There’s a good selection of meats and veggies. The biggest thing we love about this place is that it’s buffet style, you get to choose the amount of each meat etc. I really love it because there’s less waste! The server was super kind and always checking in.

A great hot pot place! Broth tastes very good. They have a great variety of food, meat, vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, noodles, etc, and all of them are fresh. Sliced fatty beef 小肥牛, spicy beef 麻辣牛肉, fried tofu 油豆腐and 茼蒿 are especially nice! They also have a dipping sauce bar which is one of the best I’ve seen in the US, if you’re from Northern China you’d be glad to know they have 腐乳 and 韭菜花. Fruit tea are nice as well!

They have a really good soup base that smells like it’s pure and not chemical flavors like other restaurants use. Their dipping sauces are also very tasty, especially the sesame sauce. I was fortunate enough to be invited to the back kitchen to watch their hand-made dumplings. I will bring my friends and family here often.

Great place! Will be my new go to spot. Bone broth is very flavorful—did not add any extra sauces to it. Good assortment of hot pot items and a sauce bar. They also have a regular menu outside of the hot pot buffet. Service was great!

The “all you can eat” hot pot was pretty good. Great selection of vegetables, noodles, and meat items. The broth was definitely the star of the place. Perfectly seasoned and tasty. The spicy was legit actually asian spicy level. The staff was great. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. Paid about 40$ per person and is 2 hour limit.

Missing Szechuan Spice House very much that used to be in this place and the hospitality of Mei and Jenny. However this new place is amazing. So far I’ve not had the luxury of sitting down for a hot pot for two hours, and eating all I want but I will soon.

Big fan of a couple of other hotpot places around the twin cities and was excited to try this one. The broth was really nice and had a good flavor, but the setup for ingredients was a mess. Everything is in self serve cases with tongs like a buffet kind of but in refrigerators. The variety of ingredients was okay, but I had some concern about how sanitary that is. Guests are constantly dropping ingredients or they are falling off of the shallow trays onto the floor. Of course they’re giving you small trays to limit the number of times you’re going up for an all you can eat situation, but the way some of the noodle options are stored, they don’t fit on the dish at all. I found hair in the crab that I selected which was mushy and had almost no meat. The cabbage hadn’t been washed properly and still had dirt on it. The sauce bar had pretty good variety though I was surprised not to find certain staples like fish sauce. The restaurant was otherwise clean and the service was good. Milk tea was also nice. They are not yet serving alcohol but unsure when they will begin doing so. Overall was not worth the price and won’t be back or recommend.

We ordered mixed hot pot with a mushroom + spicy base, it was really good! There are many interesting food options to choose from, including those that you don’t usually see on the market. I even tried fern root noodle the first time. The price is very reasonable! Would definitely bring my friends here next time.
