I had such a great experience at Kumori! We ordered three sushi rolls and an appetizer, everything was fresh and delicious! The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made it even better. It was the perfect spot to celebrate my birthday! Left feeling full, happy, and satisfied.
Big shoutout to our server, Cat! She was so kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Her friendly vibe really added to the experience. Definitely recommend!

Throughout our time dining here we had to constantly call our waitress to our table. She came to take our drink and food and she never came again. Our rolls and appetizers were just out there waiting to be served and her coworkers would look at them and turn away, the manager had to ask around and see for which table they were, the waitress never showed up so the manager served us. Another guy started kind of serving us, then he disappeared. In addition, I had an unpleasant experience with the food. My brother and I ordered an omega roll, like we usually do, and noticed that there was close to no shrimp in the roll. There was only the skin of the shrimp for some reason, throughout the whole roll. So I called the manager to show him my roll and see what he would tell me. When I showed him that there was only the skin of the shrimp and none of its meat in my roll, he proceeded to tell me “thats the tail of the shrimp” i told him that I understood that it usually happens near the end of the roll, but that the skin was the only thing that I found throughout my roll. This piece i showed him was in the middle of the roll. Anyways, he offered to make me another one, i said “no thanks,” he was nice enough to take it off the check. The manager then proceeded to go into the kitchen, we didn’t see him again. Shortly after this we called for the check with another worker, the check never came, so we started walking towards the door to get checked out at the front. Thats when our initial waitress finally made an appearance at the front door and we told her that we needed the check.

Walking into the restaurant I was amazing at the new remodel . Very inviting atmosphere with good music . The dimmed light set the tone . Luis was our server he was very attentive, food came out in a timely manner. Highly recommend visit kumori on nolana .

Cat was a very good server. Very pretty as well. She was attentive and was very kind. The food is really good and tastes great. It fills you up and the flavor of the rice was nothing ive ever tasted before. The dumplings were awsome and the sauce was so good my mom loved it so much she had to save it for her sushi. The atmosphere is pretty great. Its calm and the booths have plenty of space and has nice seats that don’t hurt your butt at all. Me and my mom really enjoyed everything. They took my sister and she really wanted to take me and everything was very good. The people were nice and had others on the lookout just in case I saw and it was just a good vibe in there and again, the food was great.
