I stopped by this Chick-fil-A on the evening July 3rd. Perhaps they were just having an off night, but despite a small crowd and what appeared to be adequate staffing, service was incredibly slow. The team member who took our order at the front counter was obviously unhappy to be working. After eating inside, we went through the drive through, hoping it would be faster. It was not. The team members outside had a sloppy appearance, and the young man who took our order did not greet us and mumbled everything he said to us. Overall, our experience was not positive. This might as well be a Wendy’s when compared to the level of service expected at Chick-fil-A.

Between my wife and I one of us eats Chick-fil-A at least once a week and they are always great. On our way back to Florida from N Carolina we stopped at a location in Clayton, Ga. I can’t comment on the atmosphere as I was in the drive through. The young lady that took our order was very nice. However the young man at the window was a different story he was very rude, condescending and just a very unhappy person completely out of character for Chick-fil-A. I’m glad it was on our way home and not the one we usually eat at in Lakeland.

Its Chick-fil-A, the service is almost always wonderfully done with a smile. The food could have been better though, they don’t give condiments without asking first nor do they put pickles on chicken sandwiches. Other than that though, it is your standard chick-fil-A experience.

Ordered a 30 count nugget and 4 drinks. Asked for honey mustard, ranch, and bbq but wasn’t given a single sauce—for THIRTY NUGGETS. Wasn’t even offered a carrier for the drinks even though it was clear I was by myself, I finally had to ask for one and received quite the attitude. The boy taking my order looked like he’d rather have teeth pulled than be at work.

Worst chick fil a we’ve been too.. my spicy chicken sandwich was over cooked and the smallest chicken I’ve ever been given. They got our order wrong and didn’t hand us a receipt so when we were handed the bag and saw their mistake we requested the right thing(fruit cup instead of fries for the kids meal) and they charged us another three dollars for the tiniest cup.
