The sushi here is outstanding, with each dish fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Customer service is friendly, attentive, and efficient, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. My in-laws spoke highly of this restaurant as they visit it once a month.
This was my first time visiting this sushi and Hibachi restaurant, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the entire staff. The restaurant was spotless and well-kept, which immediately made a great impression. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food arrived quickly and did not disappoint everything was delicious — the chicken teriyaki was flavorful, the shrimp tempura roll was delicious, and the shrimp hibachi is definitely a must-try!
As a special bonus, they provide a surprise happy birthday dessert to my mother in law. We didn’t plan it, they must have took note when we mention it conversation. Now that is customer service and an experience my mother in law will never forget.
We arrived at 4:30pm on a Friday it was slow and then came the rush around 5:30-6:00pm. Clearly this is a popular restaurant in the community and rightfully so!
We will definitely be back next year!

Very sweet servers here who do their best to accommodate, even when really busy. The hibachi didn’t seem fresh today. The fried rice is more like steamed rice with soy sauce and egg mixed in. I ordered scallop hibachi and what I received was not real scallops. I questioned the server and she said they were real. She was so cute to bring bag out to show me and professed again that what they serve are real scallops. I pointed out to her ingredients on bag. It was pressed fish gelatin! Anyway, she was sweet to remove my meal from ticket. Bento boxes much better here than hibachi. Hibachi is made in kitchen, so don’t expect spatulas whirling around and other standard hibachi table tricks. If you want this, go to VKI in Lake Sumter, which is still our choice in the area. Nice decor inside and also a covered outdoor dining area.

Arrived on a very busy night so we ended up sitting outside even though it was very chilly and windy. Service was fast, friendly and efficient which was very much appreciated as it was cold!! Sushi was fresh and delicious as was the fried rice. Definitely recommend

We are a family with little ones so we sat outside which was lovely. The food was wonderful. Thank you to the waitress who was so kind to my special needs daughter. She is just learning to speak so her language is tough to understand and her limited social cues can make it challenging to communicate. She had the best dinner experience and was so excited to participate in ordering and eating! Thank you for your kindness!!

I cannot say how lovely it is to eat at this restaurant. I take my family here multiple times a month not just because the food is delicious and affordable but also because the service here is hands down the best i have ever experienced. Very accommodating and also friendly to those of all ages! I recommend this to everyone who loves to eat and have good conversation. The music is not too loud or quiet either!

We didn’t have to wait long without a reservation. The place was very busy with about 15 people in front of us. Amy the hostess was very busy taking customers, payments and cleaning tables. Mandy was out server….she was busting her buns! It looked like there were only 2 servers in the restaurant…but they kept up. We all ordered hibachi that came with the clear soup and salad. I ordered steak and shrimp. The pieces were very big but cooked how I requested…medium rare, however the steak was a little tough. My father in law ordered steak and chicken and said the same thing about the steak. My husband ordered the filet and said his was not tough and cooked to taste. Our teenage son basically ate everything but his veggies. All dinners came with the yum yum sauce. We all wished there was a mustard or ginger sauce available. The meal was not a 5 however, I would come again and would recommend it. I was really impressed how busy it was and how fast the food came out.
One last thing, for drinks…there is water, beer, wine and soda, unfortunately no liquor for those that can’t drink beer or wine.
