An outstanding sushi experience from start to finish. The fish was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every roll was thoughtfully crafted, and you can really taste the quality in each bite. The service was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. 100% worth the 40-minute drive! The service here is top-notch, and the food is nothing short of amazing. The seating is comfortable, and the atmosphere is spacious and homey. The fish is incredibly fresh, and I’ve never had such a perfect rice-to-fish ratio before! You can tell the sauces are homemade and they add such a unique flavor to each bite. This place has easily become my new go-to sushi spot

The portion sizes were generous, and the service was quick and attentive. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. I’m usually not a big fan of raw food, but their creative and unique combinations completely won me over. From the decor to the menu design, even down to the napkins, every detail felt carefully thought out. Such a charming little family-owned spot. 10/10 recommend!

I came here recently to try out some other sushi places around Long Island. I’ve decided to try out Kumo Sushi in Plainview where I came for dinner and ordered 5 different types of sushi. I would like to say that the service here is off the charts, the waiters are super nice and friendly towards me and they guided me through the menu since I wanted to try out new types of sushi. This one waiter recommended me 5 different types of sushi’s where I decided to order them 5. Once they arrived, I tried all 5 and they were all super delicious. My 3 favorites were the Salmon Sushi, Kumo Roll, and Prince Roll. I recommend eating there when you come in a group since the waiters are nice and super friendly who treated me well. I would come here again for dinner if I could.

The Miso is always a hit with my fam… we had shumai app also delicious… my daughters and I had rolls… tuna, salmon, yellowtail and California rolls simple but our favorite place to go in the area… so fresh and wonderful service. The drinks are amazing I always get the lychi martini and my daughters get the Japanese sodas they’re such a hit for my girls. They always have soy sauce at the table and little containers to put them in it’s such a hit. The workers are always so pleasant they ask me how my meal is going and ask me if I want more. The place is so beautiful so homey. We always look forward to going here and my girls are always begging to back whenever we have an open night. This place is highly suggested we have went to other places and missed this place so don’t waste your energy on going anywhere else and go straight to Kumo.
