Well decorated space. Very spacious. Choice to sit in a quiet seating space or in the back where all the action happens. The best hibachi show I’ve ever seen. Freddie is the cook we had. Very near and dear the memories I have there ‍♂️ looking forward to more someday

Generally good food and service. Fried dragon roll was the best dish. One criticism is the same gravy / sauce is on most of the dishes, no effort to mix it up.

The food was excellent. My steak was a little tougher than I like, but the flavor was great, so I’ll give it a pass. The godzilla roll was absolutely amazing. The decor was nice for casual dining, but the music selection had no rhyme or reason. Definitely threw me off a bit.

Kumo Hibachi & Sushi has a trendy and inviting atmosphere that makes a great first impression. Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite match the vibe—our server was hard to understand and very slow, which made for a frustrating dining experience.

As for the food, there were some highlights and a few letdowns. The sushi was actually quite good, but it’s important to note that it’s priced per piece, which adds up quickly. The steak hibachi featured choice-grade meat, so the quality wasn’t quite what you’d expect at this price point. The ramen was a disappointment, made with freeze-dried noodles. While the portion was large, the quality made it hard to enjoy.

The miso soup tasted more like chicken broth than traditional miso, and the salad featured less-than-fresh lettuce, though the dressing was decent.

Overall, while the ambiance is cool and there are a few decent menu items, the high prices just don’t reflect the quality of the food or service. There’s potential here, but it feels underdelivered.

I really like going here. Little pricy, but always great sushi. 95% of the time have had fantastic service. The two times I had bad service, it was really bad with snappy, clipped responses. Still highly recommend. Hibachi is super fun too especially for a group occasion. I hope they stick around a long time.

We always have a good, filling meal at Kumo. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming. We like going on Sundays for the sushi special (buy 1 roll get one for $2).

Terrible experience at Kumo Hibachi Grill. We sat waiting for what felt like forever before anyone even acknowledged us. The service was sluggish and indifferent, as if we were an afterthought. When our drinks finally arrived, I took a sip of what was supposed to be lemonade—only to realize it was literally soup. Yes, actual soup instead of lemonade. At that point, it was clear that attention to detail and customer service were not priorities here. Between the long wait, poor service, and the baffling drink mix-up, this was easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Definitely won’t be returning.

Over done shrimp tempura in sushi roll, cold gyoza served, dirty plates brought to table and no cleans ones brought to us! Terrible experience, and they were slow! I was disappointed and very sad this is how it turned out. Will not be coming back.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Kumo Hibachi and Sushi, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The food was phenomenal, as always; fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The hospitality was top-notch, making the entire experience even more special. The staff went out of their way to ensure a memorable evening, not just for me but for all the patrons around. It’s one of my favorite go-to spots for a reason, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for delicious sushi and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
