I’m someone very pasionate about quality Thai Curry. Red Curry is my favorite, it has to be flavorful with just the right combination of Spice and Heat. I’ve had some of the Best curries in New York and South Florida.
For years I lamented I couldn’t find an amazing Thai red curry restaurant in Miami like I enjoyed in New York City (my NYC favorite is Sage on Graham Ave in Williamsburg, Brooklyn).
I’m excited to report that I FINALLY found the best Thai red curry in Miami! Kuffo’s is what I had been missing / waiting for.
The curry was amazing, good quality, coconut milk the chicken and veggies broth you can tell was slow simmered for hours, the pineapple, red peppers and all of the spices and just the right level of heat are all PERFECT!
Also great staff at the Country Walk Kendall location I visited and Chef Fernando is a great guy friendly, amiable and awesome service!
Highly recommend you check out Kuffo’s!

I hesitate to leave a bad review, but my experience was so bad that I feel compelled. First, the food quality was poor. I had the Thai red curry which oddly tasted sweet. My wife had the Drunken Noodles which was pretty much just noodles that tasted like they were cooked yesterday. Neither of us are experts on Thai food, but neither of us enjoyed what we ordered. Second, the service was extremely poor. The wait staff didn’t seem like they were ready for customers when we arrived (it was an early dinner – ~5:00pm). The thing that was really frustrating was that I told the waiter that I didn’t want a bottle of water, and that tap was fine (I already had water that I brought so I didn’t want to purchase a bottle). He left with the bottle and came back with a cup of water which I accepted. When it was time to pay the bill I found out that he poured the bottle of water into a cup and still charged me for the bottle. He refused to remove the charge when asked. I just paid the erroneous charge and moved on… but the principle of the situation bothered me.
After my wife had left, she said that she “felt robbed” by the whole experience. Our meal cost over $40 which totally wasn’t worth the price and we had overpaid for something that we had not asked for.
I’ll give the restaurant 2 stars because even though the food didn’t taste good, it still filled us up.

Local hole-in-the wall restaurant in Country Walk strip mall. Quiet vibe with a big bang in flavorful dishes. Food is fresh and delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. Priced well for the quality of food. My only complaint is that the chairs are small and uncomfortable. Other than that, definitely will return.

New favorite spot!! Chef and Claudia are the absolute best. Very personable and serviceable. Second time here in one week, hope that says enough. Chef always comes out to ensure everything is as requested and to my liking. Being that I came alone, Claudia was so sweet and kept me company. Staff is 10/10 but the food…! I have yet to try a bad dish and I’ve have a different appetizer, entree, and dessert both times. Food is a 10/10. The music and ambiance is amazing! Literally the best playlist highly recommend

The food is fresh, and taste amazing. The staff are all sweet people. Paolo and Lizbeth and her son are just simply amazing.
The only problem is that because of them being so great I come every day and even weekends and my taste for other food is dating.

Seeing the place had good reviews, came to check it out. The customer service is good. The tonkotsu ramen isn’t the same taste like other locations are, felt salty, the ramen is slimmer than other Asian location that use thicker ramen, they only had pork option. Even though pork felt not cook well. The boa was good.

If I could rate this more stars, I would!! This place is a hidden gem and more people need to eat here to have a great experience just like I did! The atmosphere is fantastic, the service was phenomenal, and the food is an authentic, original love letter to Asian fusion cuisine. Everything was delicious and tasted so fresh- every dish I had made me excited and complimented everything I had. And there’s so many things to have so I am planning on going back very soon!

Both the server and chef are not only top of their class in service but are the most heartwarming people you can come across. It was closing time and the chef ran out to get candles for my girlfriend’s birthday. Made our night. Orlan is a great host!

Food is incredible. The place is tiny and they need a little work on their order ahead system. I feel like they should have a system that alerts them when an order comes in vice checking on a certain frequency.
All that being said, it was worth the wait. Everything was cooked to perfection. It tasted fresh. Expertly assembled. Friendly service. Get their signature maki.
