I usually don’t like ramen but this place was good! I got the beef ramen and it was so colorful! The appetizer was a bit greasy but still had a great flavor! The server was nice and provided great service and recommendations! You can either get the full experience and cook your own food or just order the food. I recommended going at least once while you’re in town! Regular seating and a var area is available! Drinks were good, too!

We had 30 minutes to eat and get going again and they were awesome. Super helpful. Super friendly and the food was delicious with huge portion sizes. Worth it in every sense of the word.

We’ve walked by this place dozens of times until today, which was the first time we finally stopped in and tried Kuchu Shabu. All I can say is that it’s a shame we didn’t discover this establishment sooner! The food was fresh and outstanding, plus we all had a great time cooking up our meals up at the table. We couldn’t recommend a meal here highly enough. I now see why Kuchu Shabu gets so packed during ski season. The experience is outstanding!

Highly recommend this restaurant for meat eaters and vegetarians alike.
Excellent, fresh food, good service and a treat to eat this food on a cold day! Be aware that parking can be expensive during the day.

I came 2 nights in a row trying 2 AMAZING items. Ironically each night I had a server Ryan and each night both Ryan’s were PHENOMENAL!

Thank you for making my trip from Florida a delicious one!

We went in after a long day of skiing and had a couple different Ramens plus the Wagyu hot pot and the food was delicious! The star of the show, however, was the service! Our server (I wish I could remember his name) was incredibly helpful and so kind! It can be a little crowded and warm in there due to the hot pots but it’s 100% worth the wait! One of our favorite meals of our trip!

This place is absolutely amazing!!!! The food in incredible and the service was top tier. We visit Kuchu Shabu every time we’re in the area and it never disappoints. Dining here is such a fun experience, and is enjoyable for all party members- even if the first couple of minutes are needed for learning when the broth is boiling or which ladles to use for picking up each vegetable. Everything is very filling and always very aesthetically pleasing. Note: don’t dress to warmly!!! It can get really hot when the steam starts wafting up as you’re cooking!

Great food and awesome service! The staff were so attentive, making our experience even better.
The tonkotsu ramen was rich and flavorful, and the karaage chicken was freshly made.

Super cool little spot right next to Hilton resort we were staying at. Loved the atmosphere and concept of the tables for the specialty, Hot pots. Hostess was a stick in the mud but our waitress was friendly. Food was DELICIOUS! They don’t skimp on the protein in the Ramen and overall quick service.

This was one of the worst dining experiences that I’ve ever had. We had our name in for a “reservation” they texted that we had 15 minutes to get to the restaurant or they would cancel the reservation. We were walking up to the door 7 min later and received a text that the reservation was cancelled. We walked in after being threatened to get here quickly and were told we had to wait outside.
After being seated, the service was terrible. One of the orders was incorrect. The roof was dripping water on two people at the table.
The food was pretty good though.
Won’t be back.
