We visited after a local youth hockey game and had a meatball sub and an Italian. The Italian was on a gluten free roll. Both subs were served with fresh ingredients, and the meatball was served up piping hot. Interior was fine, suitable for small groups with parking available in front. If you’re looking for a good sub, this is a good spot to get one.

Used to love eating here but I ordered 2 subs here and ended up only eating one since my first one had an extra topping I didn’t ask for. After contacting the store they said they “don’t have plastic” in the building and offered nothing in return. I’m assuming they think I put this in my food. Listen, I’m a single mom who happens to also work in the service industry and I know accidents happen, but for the company to not reach out after they were emailed and the store it came from to not care I almost swallowed this and had to pull it out my mouth, is enough for me to never come back. I’m not saying don’t go to this location but PLEASE check your subs before you even start eating especially if you’re about to let your child have a bite of your food.

Wanted some subs today, so we got the Italian, which is my go-to, and we tried the Spicy Cajun Chicken. The Italian was pretty good, but seemed a bit off in flavor. Not sure why. I put some of the black pepper sauce on it and that helped. It was really good and sweet. The Spicy Cajun Chicken was ok. A little spicy for my taste, but got better once I took some of the jalapeños off. My bf wanted to try it and he enjoyed it. Overall, I like how fresh the ingredients are and how they take the time to make your sub.

My husband drove less than 2 miles to the shop and placed his order, paid and waited for the sandwiches. Drove straight home and gave the steak and cheese to me. The bread was cold. Not cool but cold. I took one bite and the texture was horrible. The insides of the sub were cold too. I threw the rest of the sandwich away. My husband’s hero sub was also cold. He managed to eat more of his sandwich than I did. Did the review to let you know you lost a good customer. The crunchy Cheetos were good and were my dinner last night

Placed an order for pickup in the app. It was ready when we got there. We got home and the sandwiches were wet and soggy. Didn’t get the extra pickles. They also have forks for chili which makes no sense. My brother called to talk to the manager to let them know, feedback for next time, not a complaint and then the manager hung up on him.

Went there to get the Sub of the day that it advertised online and when I asked for it at the counter, I got a head shake and weird look bc there ISNT a sub of the day special offered there at all. I specifically looked up this location AND asked google, but apparently I was wrong to have faith in their online advertising. When I ordered for my son and I, just 1 meal and a medium sub, I nearly fell over at how high their prices had spiked! Almost $30 just for myself and a child to eat a small-medium sub sandwich! WAY too expensive and we felt gypped by the false advertisement. Sad because the food is actually pretty tasty but not worth $20 a sub sanwich. Will just go out to eat for less next time

Hair in the food, drink machine wasn’t being refilled so Dr. Pepper, root beer, coke and Powerade were all empty. When I told them I was told theyve just been really busy so they haven’t refilled the drink machine. When I was checking out the guy tried to charge for separate chips and a drink instead of a combo which added 15% to the bill. When I pointed this out he said oh it’s fine you can have any size drink. Any size drink from the drink machine that is empty. This place is embarrassing to the brand.

I told the person behind the counter that it was my first time here. He didn’t offer any help or suggestions. My granddaughter and I ordered our subs. I used my card and the sceen asked for a tip…for counter service!…Looked for a table…some were dirty and floors needed to be swept. The drink station was dirty….splatters all over the machine. The place wasn’t even busy! I got my medium sandwich and was a bit disappointed with what I got for the price. $28 for 2 subs, bag of chips which was only half full and 2 drinks…and they want me to tip too? No I did not and will not tip for counter service. I won’t be eating here again.

Surprisingly really good! Stopped by for a quick lunch with my partner, and while the attitude of service was definitely lacking, I honestly don’t mind considering the sandwiches were perfectly made and tasted amazing
