**The food is very good 4.5 -5 stars. **
The owner is very nice and will tell you anything you’d like to know about Vietnamese food and culture. The decorations and atmosphere are clean and pleasant.

Bun, Banh Mi, Pho, Crispy egg roll, Fresh roll all delicious….
There is just one issue, portion size. It’s too small. This is not “fat-American” commentary this is a legitimate issue. My favorite is bun ( vermicelli). If you compare their portion to Miss Saigon of Pho Cali in Sarasota you will see it is much smaller. I really wish they offered a larger size or just charged a bit more and provided a proper portion. Pho portion size seemed normal compared to other Vietnamese restaurants.

Reminded me of a another Asian fast food chain with the big picture menu on the wall and no character outside or in the dining area. I felt rushed to order and pay, they faked a smile and were glad when we left. The food came out quick, the meat was very dry, salty and loaded with seasonings to try and hide it. I couldn’t even eat the outer part because it was like cardboard. The veggies were just soaked in vinegar and nothing else. Way over priced and not worth the trip. There’s nothing around the area but side walks and industrial like businesses.

The owners are very nice and welcoming. This place is a wonderful contrast to the over-saturated Italian food market in this area. The food is so delicious, highly recommend the Spring Rolls, Bánh mì, Shaking steak, or the Pho… … their Vietnamese coffee is !!!!!!!!!!
