I love cupbop … we ordered the $15 combo…however…we asked for it “sloppy” but it didn’t come that way… the mandoo that we ordered also didn’t come with teriyaki…when I went and ask for some…the associate said she only had 2 small cups for the 4 of us…not sure if this is standard practice for all cupbops. Also, spice level 5 seemed like it was a 3…tons of rice and little noodles as well…

We LOVE this restaurant and this location. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I’m sure the owners specifically look for employees like this. We once had a kind staff member but my kid an ice cream they offer here because it was her birthday. My kids, who are picky, love it as well. There are ways to modify the food to be easier on kids who have a less exploratory flavor palette. Kids meals are only $3.99!

I’ve loved Cup Bop for a decade, but I think I might be done with this location. The workers didn’t really acknowledge us for over 5 minutes when we came in (there was one person in the store waiting for an order, it was not busy at all), then we were told to use their kiosk to order. It took us so much longer to order. Then after the poor experience where we did everything ourselves, the system asked us if we wanted to give a tip. It’s terrible. The customer after us walked out after waiting to be helped then being told to order on the kiosk. After 3 minutes, he was done and bolted.

Completely disgusted with their service and the rudeness my whole family had to endure. We were trying to decide what to get as we have never been. They asked if we could know how many bowl we wanted. We said we didn’t know yet and to give us a minute. As we look at the menu to figure that out another lady comes up demanding how many bowls we wanted. I said we didn’t know yet to just give us a minute. Before I could say to my husband what I’m thinking to order she interrupts says I just really need to know now how many bowls. We looked at our kids and said let’s go somewhere else….and we did! When I asked for their names both girls took off to the back room. All happened in less than 3 minutes in the store. I’ve never encountered such rude service before. If that is how this company operates I will never go there. And will make sure everyone knows how they treat a family coming in for dinner.

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at the Spanish Fork location, mainly due to the manager. I placed an online order while on a road trip and arrived earlier than expected, so I called ahead to ask if it could be made sooner. I was told I could order in person instead. When I arrived and politely explained the situation, the manager was dismissive and rude—he didn’t greet me, stared silently, and responded unhelpfully when I showed my receipt and asked about canceling or fulfilling the order.
I was never demanding, yet I was treated like an inconvenience. After being told I’d have to wait despite very few customers in the restaurant, he reluctantly helped me. The interaction left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. To make matters worse, the portions were noticeably smaller than what I regularly receive at the Orem location.
I was excited to try this location, but between the poor service and small portions, I’m unlikely to return.

Consistently short changed here. I’ve had at least 5 half filled bowls and we come here a lot because the other locations are always good. I’ve taken pictures and showed a manager 3 times and was told “we must have been running low on things” and “sometimes that just happens”. No one cares! I’m amazed that they get away with it since I’m paying $14 for a bowl of rice, cabbage, and noodles. Pictures (only could find a couple) don’t show how the bottom comes up and I have about an inch of food in here.

Went at dinner time and it was super busy (which is awesome for them but also to be expected at that time of day). Got the B Bop (BBQ Beef), I can’t handle much spice so got the level 2, and it was delicious. Also added a cheese K-dawg with the original batter (you can also get it with cornflakes and my friend said it was awesome). Highly recommend!

Was very disappointed. I ordered and paid for a piggy cupbop, I received a half empty container with rice, pork and tons of sauce. I wouldn’t have ordered and paid for just these 3 ingredients. I know there is a supply issue with cabbage, so wasn’t expecting a lot of it, but I love the sweet potato noodles. I received none. Service wasn’t super bad, but in my previous visits I was greeted and the team was happy to help me, unlike this visit. I know things are tough for everyone and ever dollar counts. Unfortunately this probably will no longer be a treat for myself.
