KSBar and Grille delivers every time. I stop in on every trip to Lexington. I listen to KSR often so this place feels like a home base for fans. You always see people who follow the show and it gives the space a strong local energy.
The food hits the mark. The new menu is tight and worth working through. The wings stay the best in town. They keep the quality high and the service stays steady.

This is a really neat place to visit. We were excited to finally get to experience the KSR bar. The waiter was a very nice young man that was very helpful. But when I got the food man I was disappointed. I ordered the catfish platter. It was $19 so I figured it was a good sized meal. I don’t mind paying premium price for premium food. This was premium price and mediocre at best food. I was really disappointed. The wings and cheese log looked good but this catfish platter was all I got. I didn’t touch this until I took the pick. My wife felt sorry for me and shared her fries. She’s so sweet.

If you’re a UK fan of any kind, this is a must for your bucket list. The atmosphere, the food, and the location are all top-notch. Being able to pregame here and then get bused to the game is a huge plus. Even if you’re from out of town rooting for the opposing team, you’ll still want to experience this true Kentucky flavor. The drink list is extensive, and the staff really know how to keep the energy up. I’ll be coming here every time I’m in Lexington!

I’ve been to this place 5-6 times and they consistently have horrible service. My wife and I just went and it was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had living in Lexington for 30 years. Seems like now is a good time to leave a review which I never do.
We didn’t get approached for over 15 minutes by the time we sat down. There was only one person waiting tables and they were was also the bartender. Got served warm beer, which wasn’t a first. Asked multiple times to put on the USA Olympic hockey game, which was one of the reasons we went there to begin with. The game was on for 2 minutes before the channel got changed again, which makes me believe nobody there knows how to operate their equipment. The server didn’t write down our order and got our order wrong. We went to order 20 wings and asked for two different sauces and she said they would have to do the wings naked and the sauces on the side which makes zero sense. There should be no issue splitting a 20 wing order into two sauces. Their wings also come in orders of 10. They brought the wings out and they were not close to being hot. Just one thing after the other the entire time we were there and just a horrible experience overall. Ended up paying $33 dollars for our stuff when it was all said and done and would have rather flushed that money down my toilet.

As a Wildcats fan, I absolutely love this place! It’s my favorite sports bar in the Lexington area. A perfect setting to watch all the UK football/basketball games and any teams for that matter. Huge big screen tv’s, video walls, an excellent sound system, amazing food, drinks, and service too. You can’t go wrong with their famous Cheese Logs appetizer and delicious Catfish Sandwich/Platter. We come here anytime we’re in town for a game. Kudos to KSBar and Go Big Blue!!

Arrived a few hours before tip off and they said wait time around an hour. It only took 40 minutes. I ordered smoked wings and potato wedges, wife ordered smash burger and fries. Food was excellent!! I’m very peculiar on wings but these were smoked to perfection and wife loved the smashburger. Great waitress and environment…. only fault was there were 8 tv’s in my viewing area and 6 had the same game on. I had to get up and check score of Ark-Aub game on a TV facing the other way. But we will definitely be back next time we make the trip for a game at Rupp

This place has everything you want in a sports bar, friendly people, lots of tvs, lots of beers on tap – except the food is/was awful. Maybe it was that it was Sunday but based on our experience, I would stick with beer and french fries. The wings, which we had heard were smoked then fried were SO dry that we were convinced that had been pre cooked and refried.
The fried fish platter was fried in oil that cleqrly wasn’t hot enough and was SO salty that it was inedible. A spicy margherita is a margherita with pickled jalapeño juice……..Really, go there, support KSR – drink beer, eat french fries and love your life. But don’t go expecting to have great food.

We came in around 2pm on Sunday and it was a ghost town but that meant no complaints on service too. The waitress was nice and very attentive. We ordered cheese logs which I’m sure I’m are the largest mozzarella sticks in town! The breading on them is really good and the cheese is of course perfect. Order them with ranch their house made ranch is to die for. We also got burgers. One bourbon burger and one beer cheese burger. My only complain is that if you know food, it’s very evident by the look, and texture the meat patty comes from frozen. Some people may not mind this but that could use improvement. The house made fries were tasty and thick like kettle style and their French fries also very good. All in all I will come back here and try something else

Great game day atmosphere but the food is subpar. Great Monz sticks! Wings were HOT upon arrival but the bbq pulled pork sandwich was COLD and the Mac and cheese is mostly white cheese and just not my preference when it comes to Mac and cheese. My waitress was very nice and accommodating.

Really cool place to eat and watch some sports. I’m sure if you come for a UK game the a5mosphere is much more lively, but the waits for us weren’t long, seated instantly, food was good, although slightly pricey. One big thing for me was that their fries had a different taste than others that put their fries above most other places. Great place, maybe I’ll go watch a show there soon.
