K’s Korner has been in the Younger family since 1972. When the barn was moved to the Korner in 2014, it became a premier event venue for Sterling and the surrounding area. We believe that our specialty is truly our community involvement. Our business offers an event space where pizza, beer, and liquor can be enjoyed during anything from birthdays to family reunions. We look forward to facilitating a space for consumers in the Sterling, Rock Falls, and Dixon areas to enjoy with friends and family. I’ve been here on two occasions, a baby shower and a HS Graduation. Both times the banquet hall was beautiful, very well maintained, spacious with a bar, his and her bathrooms, tables and chairs and a juke box with a variety of music. There is also a space outside, with a table, chairs and an ashtray for the smokers. There is about 10-15 sturdy stairs to walk up to enter the banquet room and there is also an elevator (perfect for those who have a problem with stairs). This place is easy to find and has sufficient parking. One more thing, if you’re lucky, you will have Louanne as your bartender. She is friendly, hard working and takes a great deal of pride while taking care of your events.
