I was staying on a nearby hotel so I walked over. A lot of food choices within walking distance of Krystal. I decided while in the South to eat southern, haven’t seen Krystal in the North.
No one was in the dining room. I was greeted with “what’ll you have dear?” I told her I was in no hurry.
I chose a pick 5 – Krystal burger, onion rings, plain hot dog. Coney dog and a Coca-Cola for 8.99. She wanted a name for the order, I said DEAR. When my order was ready she said here you go Darlin. -Only in the South!
The food came out hot and quick.

Ordered a Breakfast Patty Melt, fries, and a bottle of water. The wait was something, but the server acknowledged it and brought an apple turnover for being patent and something about half a sandwich. I looked at what she delivered to the table, and sure enough half a sandwich. Pretty sure I paid for a whole sandwich. The big question is where exactly did this half sandwich come from? Who ate the other half? This is some scary stuff going on at Krystal! Like Taco Bell, I will never go into Krystal again.

Our family was on vacation in the area. Our 4 kids have never had a Krystal burger, so we stopped in. Luckily, it was “happy hour” and we got a bunch of burgers at only $1 a piece! It was very good and the staff super friendly.

Not sure who came first ? Krystal or White castle but the restaurant was clean, and the burgers were as good as it gets for a mini square burger. The tater tots were also hot and crunchy, just the way I like them.

On 12-23 I came for lunch and asked for chili and it was already 11:30 so you would think they would have chili. They didn’t and got offered pup chili instead and it was no good. On top of that the lady that took my order made it to go and I clearly said it was to eat in. Absolutely awful service and I won’t be back again.

Why is my hotdog gray? The chili is awful. The fries are bathed in salt. The sliders are, at best, subpar. The service was absolutely terrible. I didn’t even finish my meal and what I did eat made me feel like garbage.

Absolutely delicious! My partner and I had a graving for Krystal. Perfect solution; Krystal burgers and fries. This was my first visit to this Krystal and I was impressed. The restaurant and dining room immaculate. Very friendly, efficient service. My partner and I both enjoyed the four cheese Krystal burgers and fries combo. Our burgers are fries were served fresh and hot! Really delicious, friendly, convenient and clean Krystal! Krystal is conveniently located in front of the Middlesboro Walmart on hwy 25.

Stopped here on vacation and had never had their food. The burgers were mushy and odd colored and I spit out the first bite it was so mushy. No taste. If you have an allergy to onion don’t eat it as they said they are cooked in onion. One of the worst places I’ve ever tried to eat at! I would have said zero but you have to give a star. Should be a negative!

I’ve been eating at that Krystal location for years. The dining room is finally back open, so it was nice to go inside and eat. The restaurant was very clean. The lady employee gave Quick & friendly service. Tasty hot food. Good cold drink.. I Will return.
