I always appreciate a good Krystal’s meal, but this review is more about customer service! Last time I came to this location, I encountered one of the nicest fast food service employees I think I have ever met! He was so friendly, respectful, and helpful to not only me, but to every other customer I saw him help or speak to! I am someone who will continually return to a place just because of incredible staff, and this location will be one on my list!

This is a good Krystal. Solid service and food cooked to order. I got a late lunch and it was freshly cooked. Tried the chili cheese pup…it’s really small, but good. 3 bites will take care of it.

We went here Saturday October 1 and went through the drive through around 12:00 am. They were fast and super nice. It’s the best experience we’ve ever had there. The lady at the drive through window was just so pleasant and we were grateful.

I’ve had some bad experiences with commercialized restaurants in the past. The people that worked there were very nice. We left our money at home and started to leave and before we got into our car to leave there was a young gentleman that worked there asking us and trying to hand US money to get us something to eat. That was really really really heartwarming to know that somebody was out there with a heart like that. So I’m going to give this particular crystals a four-star rating.

Had to wait 11minutes to get 4 sunrises. Had to ask what was the hold up to get them then. 3 tables in the restaurant with people that already had their breakfast and was eating. 1 car in the drive through. 3 people in the kitchen. This isn’t the first time it has taken forever to get my food or have my order messed up. Would not recommend. I will not be going back.
