I ordered from here tonight because the sign said under new management, so I was hopefully things had changed. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. When I got my receipt, I noticed we had been up charged to a large combo when we didn’t ask for that. Then, I got home and I found I was missing one of my items from my pick 5. When I started eating my Krystal burgers, the bread was so soggy. I had to take the bottom buns off to be able to eat them. See photo below.

My husband and I drove thru today, 12/3/25 around 12:30. The gentleman working the drive thru was so polite and he had our order out to us in no time along with the condiments we requested. The food was fresh and tasted great. You don’t experience service like that much anymore. Kudos to him and whoever was in the kitchen!

This Krystal was decorated for the Holidays! It was adorable, inviting. The restrooms were clean. The food was made with care, and absolutely delicious! The employees were very Friendly! If we are in this area again, we will definitely eat here. Best Krystal burgers we have ever had!

Krystal burgers are something our family looks forward to every time we go down South. We grew up eating them and now our kids enjoy them as well. Service is always slow but the people were friendly and the food was hot and tasty. Ill take hot food and considerate service or expediency.

Terrible all the way around. Cashier was very rude and order was wrong. I have been trying to contact store with their publicly listed telephone number for an hour now. Mind you, this is in business hours but no one answers. This isn’t my first bad experience with the Saltillo, MS Krystals. I hope eventually I speak to someone who will show courtesy to their deserving customers.. Having said that, I will never go back. Pictures I submitted show the no onions I ordered. I wish I could submit pictures of the incompetence running that store.

We went here Christmas Day night. To our surprise they were open. A very nice man was working the window. He made us aware that there would be at least 15 min wait. It was actually less. The food was great. Service top notch.

Took 40 minutes just to get our food then the lady’s asked me a question and the The big dude comes around and gets smart with me not worth it they are rude and it should not take almost an hour to get our food and they were giving food to people that wasn’t even in front of us and they didn’t even apologize I hope yall get some new workers without nasty attitudes

You better watch the prices and check everything before you do anything here. Wanted a milkshake but when they rang it up and told me it was over 5 dollars I started asking questions. They told me corporate controls the prices on the register and the sign must be old. Didn’t offer to get a manager, adjust the price to match the sign, or anything else. But they do have the sign saying no refunds next to the register. How can they have a sign above their head and charge a totally different price? WATCH OUT HERE!! And to make it worse, they can’t read an online order for anything.. ordered nuggets with honey mustard sauce, and they gave me the sauce but “didn’t know why because they didn’t see the nuggets”. The menu is not accurate at all, price wrong and items no longer available (ice slushie)

Went through drive through, ordered off the menu no special order and had to pull up and waited 15 minutes to receive my food. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

The worst food I ever had. And I never complain about food. I never get sick from eating anything, but I think I’m gonna be sick after eating just one of what they call a hamburger here. I usually get the chicken, but not only the prices are much higher than before butthey reduced the number of chicken sandwiches you get. $13 plus for something that belongs in the trash. If it wasn’t for the fries i would’ve walked out of there throwing 13 bucks in the trash. What a shame
