Great pizza, decent service (no real complaints except I had to flag a worker down at the front counter to ask about our order), but the atmosphere IS NOT what it once was pre-covid when they had the best buffet in town… This is my first time eating godfather’s since the buffet stopped permanently, because the buffet was 1000% the best thing about eating inside and not at home. Lunch and dinner was always packed, loaded buffet surfaces of the best that godfather’s has to offer, and decorated decently provided a nostalgic atmosphere that is just not what today’s godfather’s interior has to give… It looks sad and depressing to be honest…

First time customer. Staff didn’t seem to care about the customer experience at all. I love supporting family businesses however, you need to treat business like business. Awkward ambiance, lots of bodies behind the counter. Zero other customers in the restaurant although there were two customers picking up orders. Very disappointed. Message received, “go eat somewhere else”.

I can no longer recommend this location.
So I came back with more of my family for the lunch buffet, and my experience was considerably different than the last few times.
The offerings on the buffet were lacking. What buffet doesn’t have salad on it for $13 each plate?
We asked for a supreme pizza and it wasn’t made nearly 30 minutes later. All the pizzas were practically the same on tge buffet.
The employees are real blah in attitude.
It was clean inside at least but I’m greatly disappointed and won’t return.
I drove about an hour and fifteen minutes to get here. Pizza Ranch is closer for me.
After I typed all this above a very humbug kinda guy comes to bus some plates from the tables as we are eating. He has already gone to several tables prior and there’s lots of nasty plates and food in the bus tub. He literally sits the bus tub on our table about a foot in from the edge. Guys and gals there was so much nasty stuff on this tub in and out and was likely dirty when it came out from the dungeon (I mean dishroom). As it looked like mold or mildew was in the tub. Gross!!!!! It was placed literally against my wife’s arm.
I took my youngest son out for a luncheon. We both enjoyed the pizza and the crew was really nice! Very clean inside which is always a plus!
They also charged a customer service charge for what I don’t know because it wasn’t mentioned.

We ordered delivery. I ordered 2 orders of cheesy garlic bread, 1 medium pepperoni pizza, 1 medium beef, it cost me $63.07??????? The cheese bread was like warm and hard, I asked for beef on my pizza, and got pepperoni instead! What a rip off!! We will never go back!!!!!!

I arrived here with four of my grandsons at 9:45 p.m. on a Friday night immediately after attending an epic high school football game won by the local home team. The sign on the door indicated they were open until 10:30 p.m. on Fridays, but we were told they closed at 10:00 p.m. and we could only order food to go. The boys and I were disappointed after the excitement of the game. I have worked in the restaurant business a few times over the years. Never did I work anywhere that refused dine-in service to guests, no matter how late they arrived. Godfather’s Pizza in Fremont was a hoppin’ place in the 80’s and 90’s. I moved out of Fremont in the mid 90’s, and returned in the summer of 2024. This place shows little resemblance to the place I remember in terms of hospitality. I felt like they were annoyed by the inconvenience of our business. There’s another franchise pizza place a block or so west of Godfather’s. I will check their hospitality the next time the boys and I attend a a home game.

Been here 2x in the last 6 months and both times they messed up my taco pizza. I didn’t ask for anything special so not sure why the employees here can not figure out how to make the items on their menu but it is a problem. I mean how hard is it to give out the taco sauce or sour cream? The other issue is have is i live in a new subdivision 3 miles away from this store and they won’t deliver yet when I pick it up they still expect a tip. Laughable! The store needs new management that much is very clear.
