I came through one night to find something to eat and decided that I was going to go to Krystal’s at the millertown Pike location the food was hot and fresh and I believe he may have been a manager but I asked him his name and he told me Jay if I’m correct, but I got courteous and fast service and I had not got crystals that soft and delicious in a long time. I definitely will be back at that location for my future purchases. I’m not sure if that guy works late nights but it was going into the late night early mornings but if you’re in that area definitely look this guy up for the best service and food quality

Since they say that the reason it takes a little longer to get your food is because you get it fresh, then it would have been good if all of my food was fresh. The buns were hard on the Krystals & the chicks. The tots were fresh & hot very good.

I used to go there and get a couple Crystal chicks. It was perfect amount to have for a meal. Now they’re bigger and they’re $3.99 each. Come on, I didn’t want to have to order two that’s $8 and I don’t need that much. And they don’t taste as good the little ones were perfect. Every time we get food at night the people seem disoriented and disorganized. The crystals in particular are always not complete. Please cook the meat until completely done this mean the should be hot the onions should be translucent, not crunchy. The bun should be hot steamy, and soft not hard on top because it just came out of the bag and you didn’t bother to put the bun on top of the meat when it was halfway done after you flip them, please be aware that people would like what they pay for. Would you eat it? Do the people that work there ate it that way I doubt that very seriously please take care with each and every customer enhance your great care in their food. yes I know you’re busy but people do understand and if they don’t, they will once they get their food. The worse Krystal I’ve ever ate at! The Krystal are always like eating snot! They make their food sloppy and almost every time I order from there they get my order wrong. Pulled up at 1:50am and the shift manager tells me the computer has been down all night. I ask if it was rebooted after waiting ten minutes. An employee was in their car and pulled off which was why no service was available. I potentially ask if the issue was resolved he said no. I ask for GM info and a female employee responds this time after the car pulls off and not the same male manager

It has been a while since i’ve been to a Krystal. I went for breakfast this morning and what a disappointment it was. I got 2 sunrisers, about 9 Individual tater tots in a tiny paper bag, and with their large ice cubes my small drink Had about 4 to 5 ounces of actual soft drink. This was over $10! I am in disbelief still. Sunrises are tiny, the little baggie held about 9 tater tots. Hold 9 tater tots in the palm of your hand and you’ll realize how little this is. So do yourself a favor like I will be in the future, go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else is cheaper.

The women who run this place in the morning lie every single day about the system being down so that they don’t have to serve breakfast at breakfast time. Management knows about this and literally will not do anything about it. Do not give useless people your money. The people who are allowed to work at this place are useless.
