I ordered for delivery. I ordered and received the 4 Krystal Cheeseburger w/o onions, fries and Dr Pepper
I ordered the sackful of 12 Krystal Cheeseburgers Combo but got only 5 burgers & missing one Dr Pepper.
This was 2 orders yet you put it all, including three fries in one bag. I knew immediately everything couldn’t be in that bag. Idk if you had another bag of burgers and a drink that you failed to give the Dasher or someone there can’t count or did the Dasher eat also? But I was missing 7 of the 12 cheeseburgers and one Dr Pepper.
What was even more frustrating I’ve called and called and no one answers the phone. I thought maybe I could send someone to get the rest of them…

Hey y’all!! I’m from NC and never been to a Krystals before but this team made sure it was a good experience. Morgan (delightful, helpful lady) took my order and another young lady brought out my food, offering condiments and anything else I may need, with a smile. I highly recommend the chili cheese dogs with chili cheese fries if you’re adventurous like me. Lol!!! Thanks guys. Y’all are awesome.

I wish negative stars were a thing. This place is HORRIBLE. Cold food, no cheese on chili cheese fries. Ciara was at the window she was absolutely terrible. Rude, rolling her eyes, not fixing our food after I told her it was cold. This place is just gross. 1 napkin in my bag. I ordered 4 chili cheese fries, 10 cheese krystals, and 2 drinks. Over 21$ for food that didnt get fully eaten. We threw 7 krystals and 2 chili cheese fries away.

Update 1/5/25 @ 132pm. Cheese Krystals were the soggiest I’ve ever seen today. Couldn’t eat them. Complete mush. They also had onions on them when I asked for none. Went back through the line and they made it right and burgers came out good.
UPDATE: 11/13/24 @ 650pm. I ordered a few cheese krystals, and they were perfect. They took the time to put dry patties on the bread, so the bread wasn’t soggy at all. Thanks for addressing my issue!
Original post: The staff was nice and the food would have been good had the bread on the burgers not been complete mush. The only thing that has the potential to make a Krystal burger bad is when they put sopping wet patties on it, making the bun turn completely soggy. It is hard to find a Krystals that takes the time to avoid this. Honestly, Krystals would eventually be on a completely different level, like ChickFilA, if they trained and supervised their employees enough to make sure this didn’t happen.

I returned to this location a few days later to try again. Everything was excellent food was cooked very well, everything was clean and the crew was friendly. I recommend this location highly.

Service was fast because nobody else was there. The tiny bun was fresh and warm but the hamburger inside was awful. It was incredibly thin and gray (not brown) and tasted awful.

Krystal is an old favorite BUT this location has to be the very worst in the entire nation and yes I’ve been coast to coast a few times. Absolutely amazed at the incompetency of the staff. ‼️ 15 to 20 minutes in the drive thru line, ridiculous. Keep the food, the service is not worth the aggravation.

Store has big sign that says “lobby open” but doors are locked and there is a smaller sign that says “drive thru only”. Well which is it? Drive thru has a sign that says “pull up to window, our headsets don’t work”. Got stuck behind another car at the window for 20 minutes. Looks like there is one person working and he is in no hurry and has an attitude problem. This is the worst Krystal I’ve ever been to and will never come back!

I went here tonight and man let me tell you the customer service was amazing! The gentleman that helped us on drive through was so kind! I wish more fast food experiences were just like this one. He forgot to bag my corn pup and I went to pull in front to run in and get it and a gentleman in the kitchen brought it out to me. He wished me a happy new year and it was just the most pleasant experience. Food was great too, but if these guys were working at every fast food chain in America it would be a great day!
