Made it there an hour before closing. Wait a noticeable amount of time for a host/hostess to seat us, 3 servers looked at us but did not acknowledge us. I usually love their sushi rolls but not this visit. I had the LSU roll and it was kinda fishy. I think it was the crawfish.

Service was horrible Selena was our server and she did not do a good job at all. Rice was hard like it was old or didn’t cook it well . Did not bring refills had to ask multiple times. If they did not take gratuity she would have not got any tip , because they automatically take the tip they don’t care how they treat people . Do better Hana .

I took my daughter here today for her 28th birthday. We had a party of 6 adults and 1 child. I have been here several times in the past but have never sat at the hibachi grill. I had the filet minion and scallops with noodles and rice. Steak was cooked a perfect medium rare just like it was ordered. Scallops were cooked to perfection, as were the noodles and rice. All in all, the hibachi chef gets an A+. I was very impressed with the food and the showmanship of our chef. Great job!

Seems like a place that would have been nice a few years ago (or with better management). The bathrooms needed service and there were no paper towels. There were a couple of hand towels on the counter under the soap dispensers, I opted to dry my hands on my jeans. Got back to the table and said something to my wife only to find out that the situation was the same in the lady’s room.

Love coming here and it’s one of the few places the whole family can agree on, even picky young eaters. Food is always good and we usually end up with the same server and chef which makes our experience even better since they know us and what we want. Even dessert is good, if you have room after the large portions. The price is fair for the amount of food on your plate and the service is even better.

Hana is good, but I just wish i had more to say. It’s like everything is as it should be, but during the following week, i’m not craving it because i can choose another sushi place and have nearly the same experience. So if i had any suggestion for the place, I’d say theme the place up a bit. Make it where people remember the actual experience of dining, and not just the food. But hey, the food is good

What delicious food! They were very short staffed and waited about 15 min. to get a table. They were so nice and apologetic and made it so nice we didn’t even notice the wait. Man that food was so good!

Did not sit at the “live tables.” Just wanted to see if food was as good, not right off the cooking table right in front of you. We ordered the deluxe with steak, chicken, scallops, lobster, and shrimp. I believe it would have been better if eaten from the cooking tables. You live, and you learn.

Normally a great experience but today was not. Four of us for dinner. Ordered 2 hibachi entrees with extra share sides. Server neglected to put in the share sides and chef did not follow up with server when we mentioned it. We requested clear soup but were given miso soup, which we do not eat. Server never paused long enough for us to ask when she would come by. By the time we could ask we were almost done with our entrees so there was no a point. The people seated with us didn’t even get their soup till after they’d finished their meals despite repeated asks. The menu also says entrees come with 2 shrimp at dinner. The chef said since no one ordered shrimp at the table he didn’t bring any.
