I went to Krystal’s on long hollow. I told them my order, payed and was told to pull over to a parking spot to wait. They brought me my order, after waiting for it “to be cooked”, and it was not fresh at all. The burgers were aged and dry! They didn’t add any onions on the burgers and the fries were so stale. Nothing about the meal was fresh. I’m not sure why they told me to wait just to bring me old food. The only good thing was that the worker was wearing gloves when they brought me my food.

We just moved to Nashville recently and thought we would try this place out since we had never seen it before in the western US and I was unsure at first, but pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and the fact that their medium sized drinks are the same size as large at some other fast food places. I got there number four, the five cheese Krystals and chili cheese fries and my wife got the number 1 (4 Krystals) and a small hotdog and it was all very good!
The only small reason I didn’t give five stars was because I think we may have just come at a awkward time when the drive through was crazy busy (we went inside) and service was slightly slow, the guy was super nice!

I drive I truck and stopped in for lunch. Went in to order, and was rudely escorted out of the lobby said it was closed with out any explanation, but door was open. so I left and went next door. I have seen such rude people before but never like that they really need to work on their people skills

Had Sunday morning breakfast in the store. It was clean, service was fast and the food was hot. It seems to rank high with the senior crowd and the staff makes you feel at home. Highly recommended..

Friendly hostess greeted me with a smile. I was glad to see the dining room open. We ordered and the hostess brought our tray to us. I tried the new chicken sandwich along with several regular Krystals. My Krystal Kraving was satisfied.

I was so excited to eat here and the burgers were not good a box or 12 has went up to 19 dollars. I asked for ketchup on them and they didn’t have the ketchup on them. They were luke warm I like my food with a little more warmth than that. The guys working were cool but it was slow. I will definitely not visit this establishment. But will try a different location.
