Decent place for fast food sliders. We got a “sackful” of crystals. That came with 12 burgers and you can choose hamburgers for $12 or cheeseburgers for $15. We also tried the lil chicks, chicken nuggets and a chili and cheese pup. So much food for $30 and our group of 5 made 2 meals out of it! I did the online ordering and picked up through the drive-thru. Everything in our order was correct.

I hadn’t been to the new Krystals in Foley until today, and I won’t be returning. I was completely appalled by the lady named Angeline that took my order through the drive-thru. Now I haven’t been to one since the last one closed and needed a few minutes to look over the menu( when I asked for a few mins there was absolutely no cars behind me or any when I left) she was rude when responding to mean and continued to be disrespectectful when I reached the window. After she gave me my food and card she slammed the window shut before I could even ask for my receipt. I understand people have bad days but I try not to be confrontational but she is lucky Jesus was in my heart. Will not be returning as long as she is there.

We went to the Foley restaurant 1/20/26. We went about 2pm . The food was good but the person who took the order was rude. My husband said can I have my receipt please and she gave it to him. When she handed it to him she said you can can leave now and slammed the window shut. I think someone needs to train her on how to deal with customers.

UPDATE: After spending 20 minutes trying to get in touch with customer service (phone and online) I decided to come back this morning. I’m really bad about getting names but the manager that’s worked on 11/25/25, didn’t hesitate to remake my order. Keep in mind that I brought back 11 out of the 12 I ordered because they weren’t edible. She asked to look at a couple of them and she was shocked so she took a picture of them. I’m changing my star review from 1 to 4. I will come here again.

I ordered online in the parking lot and then went to the drive-thru so I could let them know that I wanted the onion’s that the meat was cooked on to go on my sandwich. The women told me that he hadn’t cooked them yet and she would let him know. I get to the window and within 3 minutes, she was bagging them up. As she handed me my order, she told me that he put what he had on the grill on my burgers.
She went on and on about how they wouldn’t be hot if they didn’t grill the onions under the patty. I thought I hit jackpot… Nope, I can’t even eat them because of the taste of the dried up onions Not only were they old, cold and brown onions stuck to the side of a few of them, she told me a bold face lie. All 12 of them were old including the buns. What a disgrace to the company and a Brand new store.

Ordered the little mini burgers(4),not sure if I was eating hamburger or dg food squashed to 1/8 thick with a saturated greased 2″x 2″ bun and we put the food to nuk them since they looked pinkish!! hey! The fries we’re good and the sweet tea good, sorry but try to offer a better edible sandwich.

Staff was very polite and took my order quickly. SOS as last location. Asked to pull over and await my sack full. Coffee was only warm, cold after my more than 20 minutes wait on my kristals. Zero extra pickle s , assembled poorly , meat dry and flavorless. 1.59 each . I was excited when they reopened but I remember now why stop going

I purchased the 12 sackful combo and my food didn’t look cooked at all. The meat was grey, which is not hamburger meat. I was afraid to eat the meal. I threw it away. $16 went down the drain. I had to go spend more money to eat. I will not be coming back to this place.
