My first time at a Krystal. Food was ok, top buns were all soggy. Ordered tater tots and ended up with chili and cheese on them. If you drive a lower car, use caution in the drive through, there are huge holes. Dumpster is next to where you order, which was very unpleasant when I rolled down my window. The speaker that you order through is way too quiet are hard to hear through.

This particular Krystal was the absolute worst I’ve ever been to. I grew up in Mobile, Alabama, but I have been living in Michigan for the last 23 years. Whenever I drive south, Krystal is always high on my list of places to eat at. I’m used to getting them mouth watering, hot off the grill, but this time they pulled out old ones and nuked them in the microwave before bagging them up for me. The employees were not terrible, but they definitely weren’t friendly either. I was very disappointed.

Thursday 2:20 this location is usually decent, the woman in the window was quite rude . She was doing her best to get me out her face , to go to next customer in line, what’s ironic is they had lot of cats bagged up to the front of building, I wouldn’t recommend going in at all.

Don’t ever go to the Krystals on Norman Bridge Rd, I don’t normally eat there but I had a medical need to eat urgently, the little girl that was there didn’t appear clean as she had plaque around her teeth and blister on her lip. She also had a nasty attitude and was rude because my order was wrong, then I didn’t have napkins or a straw, the food wasn’t fresh either. I will never go back there again. I got a refund
