Yes I went threw the drive thru. Ordered my food, had to go over it till cows flew home with the little young lady and she even repeated it back and the screen even showed it. When got to the window to pick up my food she was nice smiling and very talkative…I know why now my order was half and not even correct. When circled back thru the down town traffic and had park in lot next to it, I went in to ask for the rest of my other and was meet with a very rude and aggressive so called manager that most of been a relative or something to the lady at the window.. Any ways it was a very bad experience and was told I had to pay for my order that was messed up, I had to pay for the replacements. Very very very bad needs attention. It’s bad when the youth uses these establishments for entertainments and get backs because of their incompetence….

I have been a customer since the early 80s but after today, I won’t be back. Young woman taking my order was talking to several people at once or on her phone, and after being given my drink order 3 times, yelled at me through the speaker like I was deaf, asking what drink I wanted. Too many other places to eat at that won’t take you for granted. If someone hates their job that bad, please find another one. This looks to be a trend lately as work seems to be a dirty word and some people think they should just be given a paycheck. Good manners, respect, hard work, and pride in doing a good job were things I learned at an early age. Those qualities are getting harder to find. Good thing I know how to cook.

I would give zero if i could. Very bad service. Not worth your money or time. They charge for condiments. Since when? Chicken sandwich soggy, Fries not cooked enough, too salty….I would have left this alone, but charging for condiments pushed me over the edge…..McDonald’s is up the road.

This is one of the better BKs around. Drive through is usually quick, even if the line is longer. Inside is usually clean with prompt service. None are perfect and they forget items on occasion in drive through. Overall I keep going back to this one.

I’m very disappointed with this location. The young lady at the drive-thru window rushed me through my order. She seemed very irritated to have to be taking my order and was not friendly in the least bit. Our food was cold and limp including the fries and chicken fries. Some of our order was missing but we didn’t have time to go back and fix our order. My 7 year old daughter got half way through her sprite when she felt something in her mouth. When she opened the cup, there was a bunch of black particles (looked like coffee grounds) and hair floating around and dirty finger print smudges in the cup. Gross!!! She was absolutely mortified.

I have been getting the wrong order just about every other time. the managers are rude. today the one walked away from me no one wants to take responsibility for the wrong orders when the order is right the product and price is better than McDonald’s. I started going to bk because McDonald’s couldn’t get orders right. I’m done with both I guess
