We walked in and were hit by the smell of dirty mop water…STRONG NASTY SMELL!
Got waited on right away, when I ask about the odor the lady ask “what did it smell like?” I stated it smells like someone used the same mop water for a year and she said “oh ok.” There were dirty tables throughout, trash in the floor. The drink machine and area were so dirty I didn’t even fill my cup. The meat on the Krystal taste like it had been boiled and although I did NOT order extra onions they had a pound on each. When I reached for my second one a nat came out of the box with it…Did I say NASTY?!
I would NOT recommend this location.

I haven’t been to a Krystal in years, and the one I used to visit in Florida is long gone. While traveling, I spotted this location and had to stop by. We ended up ordering 48 of those little burgers! They were amazing, and the service was incredibly fast. The young lady who took our order was full of energy and happiness. It was outstanding!

To me, this is the original slider. Love the warm steamed bun with onion, pickles and mustard. I’ve been eating them since the early 1960s when you could buy them for 10 cents each. I’ve also grown to love the chili cheese pups and the chili cheese tots. The people were friendly, more so than most fast food places. Check it out for a nostalgic trip to my childhood.

Krystals was great tonight! Their service was great. Ms. Sarah took our order and even though we were all over the place with what we wanted she made sure everything was right. She brought out our food when it was hot and the food was the best we have had from Krystals in a long time. Definitely will be coming back more!

Krystals on Cobbs Ford has done a complete turn around. I received my food hot and the place was very clean. If you are having a bad day Shelby at the drive thru is bubbly and always smiling. They now have a breakfast and dinner Patty Melt. I love the chili cheese pups here.

We were passing through the area and spent the night in Prattville. Sought a local breakfast establishment. Had never heard of Krystal, so decided to try it. Definitely not a recommended place for eating. Poorly spent $15.40. The food was absolutely tasteless. My breakfast bowl…where do I begin? I ordered bacon with mine. I got a sausage patty that appeared to have a couple of bites. I guessed it was just broken. But not what I ordered. So I took it back. The server took the sausage off the top, which the cheese was stuck to, plopped some bacon on top, and handed it back. All grits and very little egg which wouldn’t be bad if it was tasty. My husband ordered a 3 egg breakfast. It came with a lot of shells in the eggs. He also requested a biscuit but got an under-toasted soggy bread. The only redeeming thing was my bacon. It was nicely cooked.

This has to be the worst krystals ever. First, there was 3 cars in front already had order taken , it took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge me through their broken speaker. (Fix your stuff) next I spent the next 15 minutes sitting in line with no one moving , so now I’ve waisted my entire 30 minute lunch waiting to get food and have to pull out of line as I know 5 minutes is not enough time to get through the still remaining cars . So thanks. Due to laziness and an awful manager I’m sure , I will not be having lunch today . FIRE EVERYONE AND START OVER . I wouldn’t pay yall a $1 to work for me

Decided to stop in for breakfast and get me a Krystal sunriser. I ordered seven crystal sunrises. Also order a small hash brown. The total came to $20. They had me wait for the sandwiches. I waited a good eight minutes and when they brought the sandwich to the car it was hot but it wasn’t worth that I’m out of money. They change the way the sandwich used to the meat is more bigger and the bread. They are wrapped now and not in a box and didn’t taste the same. I think I’m done eating them now.

Was so happy to learn that bowl chili was back, that I sent pic of the sign to my hubs, who went out of his way to pick up after sitting in the cold hunting deer. For $10 for two bowls of chili, one would expect them to be full, or nearly full at the least. THEN to discover the taste is NOT the same chili recipe at all. I ended up pouring my bowl of chili in the toilet where it must have come from! Terrible!
