dinning room closed at 6pm had to go through drive thru but van too big then we were told because we wanted 24 burgers that it would be a really long wait because she would have to turn on both grills. Isn’t that your job? Never.go here again.

I tried to do an online delivery order today at 12:45ish. The Huntsville location immediately canceled the order. I then resubmitted the order at the Madison location, which is on it’s way now (placed at 12:50). This location ALWAYS has issues, from the signage falling off the building to the food quality or attitudes of the workers. I’m not sure why this particular location is so bad but in my honest opinion, corporate needs to step in at this location and try to get it all sorted out.

The food was amazing. I would definitely come back for the food. I had a spicy chicken sandwich, and it was extremely juicy.
Came during a lunch rush. So I am giving the staff a pass, but there was some attitude from the person taking my order.
Hopefully, the parking lot gets fixed soon. It looks like they are working on it. Half of the parking spaces were taken up by equipment.

There was a discrepancy of a different price on the menu than what was charged. But, the stand-in manager who was covering for the normal manager made it right with good faith business practices. I applaud her for doing the right thing and it is a good omen for the company.

I ordered the “Pick 5” and five chilli cheese pups… After waiting over 15min for my drive thru order, I get home to discover I received 3 of the attached chilli pups out of the five ordered… No cheese, and a soupy, water-like chili with little substance. Sorry Krystal’s, but I won’t be back to this location. Shape up or you will go out of business soon.

Me and my wife went through the drive thru for lunch today while on our lunch break. Tried to order the patty melt. Was then told they didn’t have it because it was seasonal. They need to update their menu. We ordered our food and sat in line for 35 mins!!! Never in my life have I received such poor service. Not even a sorry or I apologize or anything to that matter. I will not be back. Absolutely terrible and that’s an understatement. I hope this review finds its way to management/ownership. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

I love Krystal, but this location has had the worst service for a very long time, until today. The gentleman at the cash register was friendly and fast. The food was good (although the french fries were a bit too salty). I was so happy to see these improvements that I even flagged down the manager and told him so.
