I ordered two sausage scramblers and they were half full(I paid almost $14.00). I reached out to the manager and informed them about the situation. She stated to either come back or she’ll get my information and I can return another time. I told her I’ll just come back up there. I went back up there and she had already had the food remade and handed to me when I pulled up. The grits were cold, no eggs and the sausage was old. I just threw the food away. This place is a disgrace and needs to be shut down. I wasted $14.00 on old cold food.

How dare you..!! This place just opened and your company allows the management to run this restaurant with only one person , the wait in line was over 24 minutes (I only did it, because I love my husband and he had a taste for Krystal Burger’s with ”no cheese & 2 corn dogs”. I get home it’s a box with Krystals, all cheese , harder than a brick, I totally don’t understand, how can any bread or sandwich get that hard and some of the sandwiches have writing on it. So is this old bread.(That molded to the bag and they used it any way).? Today is March 16, but the numbers printed on the bread says March 6 or March 9… I worked over 12 hours , to end my night with this foolishness. I am Not pleased, not happy , I want my money back.!!. This place needs to be closed. If you have no workers, why open up.. this is a horrible mess

If I could give no stars I would. The service is GOD AWFUL. We have been 2 nights in a row the first night we were told the system was down so we left no problem but TONIGHT we pull up in the drive through to watch the car in front of us have there order taken and then we pull up and are told they are in a shift change and it’s gonna be a minute we proceeded to sit there for 20 minutes with no communication. We then pull to the window and are BLATANTLY IGNORED finally this young gentleman comes up to the window to tell us the MANAGER said they are in a shift change and it’s going to be awhile we asked how long and she said she didn’t know????? She is the issue because how do you not know how long it takes to do your job???

This location is the closest to my family, but the service and the manager are awful! There are always new faces I’m assuming due to poor management, and it’s always a long wait. We frequent this location and there is always a wait, no matter the time of day, no matter if you have an online order, and no matter if you are the only car in the drive thru. It’s just completely slow. The male manager is rude, impatient, and isn’t very knowledgeable of the menu. He is going to run this place into the ground.

This is hands down the worst Krystals in the city. Whoever is the manager or franchise owner, really needs to get this place in order. The food is never fresh or hot. The food has no flavor. This place hadn’t been open long and already terrible. I vow to never come back to this one. I see why other locations closed.

Just arrive around 15 minutes ago to place a order gotten my order on my way to my destination my food is not as good as I would like it especially big it being lunch food during breakfast hours you would think you wouldn’t have to say cook it fresh they would automatically do it nevertheless I take it back in a calm manner and just ask for a refund and no I don’t need it replace the manager dark skin , bald head, nasty attitude get smart and say it’s fresh didn’t you bite one I’m charging you for that I say that’s fine and proceed to say I’m charging you for your drink that’s fine as well give me my money back and then I ask for his name slam the window door in my face and tell me have a good day . I don’t know what kind of business you’ll are running but this is such a disgrace I’m a manager myself at Chickfala at fast food and one thing for sure we don’t tolerate such ignorance with that kind of attitude you should not even be on the clock…. Old food bad service. When I called to speak to the manager I was told we can’t give you money back and we can’t remake it then he hung up in my face. I called back and a lady answered and said she was the manager as well she apologized and offered to remake it. When I went up there the guy who said he was a manager that hung up in my face had dreads and he said the lady was in the restroom. I checked my food before I left. When I got home to eat there was sooo much salt on my krystals I’m pretty sure he did that on purpose. My elder mother ate that old food before we realized it was old my daughter is vomiting . I will be reaching out to corporate. There’s so many complaints at this location and the replies to the reviews are all automated responses. The owners clearly doesn’t care about the ppl or the city of Center Point. The issue hasn’t been resolved. Obviously the employees need to be retrained as well as retaking the food handling card. I’m also calling the health department and providing them the pictures I have. Food must be kept a certain way and it’s clearly my being done. I suggest you all care more about the quality of the food or this will be another location that closes. I hate that but it’s likely if you’re not taking the feedback from your customers seriously. The customers are why you’re in business why not take the feedback. As a owner you worked hard to get to where you are why would you allow employees to run your customers away. That’s weird..
