We stop in twice a week or so on the way to school and usually have an amazing experience. Last week the taller redheaded gentleman was amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. But today, unfortunately, there was a girl behind the counter who was the most unfriendly I’ve experienced here. It took her a while to come out from the back, and when she did she didn’t know what was in the Maui mama. She looked annoyed we were even there. My daughter had to go to the restroom, and because there is a keypad I asked for the code. She huffed ‘give me a minute’ before handing the key over and just continuing to be miserable in general.
We will be back, because we love you guys. I’m just hoping she was having an off day.

I stop in here on a regular basis, it is my go-to, as I prefer smoothies over coffee! Over the last year of becoming a customer, the service is awesome, the smoothie (orange dream machine-and I have customizations ) is delectable, and I feel very welcome… It is a warm and inviting atmosphere. I walk in there, and the ladies are already making my drink before I I even get up to the counter, they know my name, and they are very kind. I believe that when you treat others with respect, they will match your energy! It is important to me that I am respectful and cheerful, and polite, and never once has anyone of the employees not met that in return. They are all a delight ❤️…. we live about 50 miles away, so when I do come up to CDA, that’s my favorite thing. I even love that when I send my hubby in to go get me my Jamba, they already know him, and start making my smoothie. If there was a higher score, they deserve it. Again, they’re the bestest!!

Great smoothies and even better employees! Always greeted with a smile and a hello. They clearly know the menu and ingredients in things really well. You can tell that the staff here love their jobs! Will definitely be back!!

Customer Service
I cannot believe the reps you have working on a weekend. They are either new or lacked any care at all for a long term customer. Who not only frequents your establishment a lot, but worked there in the past. I literally had to force them to do there job, and even greet me with a smile. You advertise not only on your app, but on your window and the website about the new frozen hot chocolate for the winter season. Both of your reps, were completely clueless when it came to what this was, how to make it, and irritated I even ordered it at all. I literally ordered it the night before as a pick up order no problem. Not only was I served an attitude from both, they didn’t know what I was talking about and stated they couldn’t make it. (As in didn’t want to even try). I told them both I can go outside and order it on the app, and FORCE you both to make it that way then. Is that what is needed?.. they then stated they can look it up, and will get it done. (Again, not able to do there job, with no customer service skills at all). When making it, they literally had to ask me what was in it!!, since they again had no clue. And it was made subpar lacking the correct ingredients. Not only should these reps not be working here, find a back end job not having to deal with customers could be the next best thing. Or get talked to about why this even happened in the first place. Am I going to stop going to my favorite place? No,, but I do want something done about this and THEM.

Updated 1.22.26: This is my go-to Jamba and have visited several times since my last review. Today I was in the mood for an acai bowl and ordered the acai primo bowl and an acai super antioxidant smoothie. Marshal was the cashier working and he was really friendly and nice. Both, my smoothie and acai bowl, were delicious and hit the spot. The fruit in my acai bowl was fresh and super sweet.

11.22.23: Visiting from Reno, Nevada and while running errands I stopped in to try the seasonal Orange Cranberry Whip smoothie. The holiday ambience was pleasant and the employee who took our order was friendly.

The Orange Cranberry Whip smoothie was everything that I hoped it’d be and absolutely loved the tartness of the cranberry blended with the sweetness of oranges. It was a perfect holiday treat for something that was not chocolatey!

First and last visit to this location. Walked into store to be only greeted by a strong awkward stare… clearly didn’t seem happy a customer was there. I had to initiate the hello which wasn’t reciprocated. Question was raised which smoothie doesn’t have a lot sugar, “all our smoothies have a lot sugar.” No clarification or further explanation was provided. Left with a mediocre $8+ i regretted buying. Good luck, pretty competitive business.

Absolutely horrendous experience. One of our smoothies looked nasty. Another one was nowhere near filled to the top. And when we got done with one there were not one not two but 3 hairs in the inside of the cup and they were short so who knows what kind of hair that was. Could very well be coming back.

A business that serves food and has indoor seating doesn’t let its customers use the bathrooms? Is that even legal in Idaho? Quick Google search says no.There are 2 bathrooms and both have signs saying for employees only. When we asked to use them anyway, we were rudely declined. We won’t be back.
