I used to enjoy Krystal. Not been in awhile since I don’t eat out much these days. Stopped in since I was on the road. They are the same as all other fast food places these days. Profit over product. Krystals don’t even fit in the box anymore. All of them were this size. And at a whopping $1.69 each! This will be my last time. Goodbye, you lost another customer. I’ll continue to make them at home.

I ordered at the drive thru and my order was incorrect. When I parked and went into the restaurant to ask for it to be corrected, the staff inside was very polite and apologetic, but did not seem to understand my request. I wanted 8 cheese Krystals with extra cheese, hold the mustard. IDK if I worded my request oddly, or maybe I mumbled, but 3 different people seemed to misunderstand my order. Eventually, I was given what I wanted and went home, but it definitely took some extra effort.

Made order at 8:45, gave the inept staff an extra 20 minutes, told to pull forward at 9:05, after 20 more minutes and watching staff take bags of food for people who obviously hadn’t paid, I told them to cancel. Still too stupid to even do that. I love Krystal’s burgers, but after the 5th time of seeing such incompetence, never again.

Everything was good & fresh, but one major problem. I bought 12 w/cheese, and the amount of salt was insane. I took a bite out of each hoping to find a good one – but all had huge amounts of salt dumped on them, and I love salt, but not this dang much! WTH!! Jeez!!! 🙁

This is the second time that I’ve wanted crystals in the past month. The first time I went by and they were shut down for 15 or 25 minutes to clean the grill and we’re out of everything else. So I decided to try it again.. about a week later I was craving Krystal”s.. The gentleman was there working the whole store by himself and told me it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait.. it’s sad that companies are left in situations like this thank you to that nice gentleman that prepared our food for us

What is the 3% service fee? I asked the lady at the window and all she could do is point to a tiny sticker in the window (about 3 inches in size- imagine the writing size) I had to get out of my vehicle and read it myself because she was unable to explain the service fee. To combat rising labor and cost of supplies. That is laughable. Krystal Birger will never get another dollar from me.

It’s rare I give five stars but Kristals in Pell City deserves it. Due mostly because of Miss Kayla Posey who was working the front counter. She had a sweet disposition and showed me how to save about $2 on a meal and get more food at that. Kristals needs more Kaylas .The restaurant was very clean and the food fresh. Thank you guys and gals.

My Lord this place needs a remodel inside and out. Sanitation score was one of the worst I’ve ever seen so I walked out. An 88 indicates an extraordinarily dirty location. Just look at the windows in the photo. Not unless the place is raised will I be back to this location.

Final time eating at any Krystal. Last time all our food was fed to the birds. This time to the trash. Soggy buns, uncooked meat (that no longer looks like meat). Everything has been downgraded & this one was not even clean.
