This place has got much better. Especially fixing the roof was a plus. Also happy to see the girl store manager back. When she left this place was going down hill but now that she is back I can see the change in customer service and food quality. I stopped going here because of the service but now I am happy to come back to a better running store and the new staff! Good job corporate and happy that you brought back you great manager! ❤️

Krystals is nostalgia for me. I grew up in Orlando and ate at the Krystals on West Colonial (no longer there) and this one on Curry Ford. It is the taste of my childhood. So my five stars is biased. Hot, oniony, mustardy and greasy! Yum. Just like a good old fashioned smash burger should be. Onion rings with the diced up onions in them and formed. I get back to Orlando every once in a while and I ALWAYS make time for a trip to Krystals. But…. $4.69 for a double burger. Boy do I miss the days of the 10 pack for $4.99. Oooops, I’m dating myself. Enjoy!!!!

Location: Curry Ford Road, Orlando, Florida. I waited in line to order for over 5 minutes. Person working never took my order because I just left as I was on my way to work. The woman working took care of the customer in front of me. When I left, she was still taking care of that customer. Don’t know if she was by herself but the customer service is lacking and whomever was working at the time should be reprimanded. There were two other vehicles behind me in line.

I came here last week. This female was so nasty and rude. Food was cold. However decided to give it another shot. We had the pleasure of having yaz serve us. She was bubbly and sweet. Truly changed our experience. Food was nice and hot. Thank you yaz for the amazing customer service!

My first time at Krystal’s, my mom brought me as she loves Krystal’s! Our order taker was going back & firth between drive thru & front counter and didn’t let it phase her bubbly & polite personality! Absolutely wonderful to deal with, I had questions about a few items, she was so great to deal with. Definitely will be back when in the area again

I had a very great experience here. Although the restaurant didn’t sparkle, the employees were very nice. I did have a bit of a wait, but to compensate they gave me a free large fry and an apple pie on their own volition; it was a pleasant surprise and they were very sweet people. 9/10

One of my favorite fast food places only bone to pick was they did a crap job putting my chili cheese pup in the bag and it fell out of its container and was a big mess in the bag but normally not an issue but seriously please open the one on obt back so Im not forced to go to white castle

Wow it’s really hard to find a decent Krystal anywhere now it seems. Visited this one in Orlando and it was pretty filthy. There were only 2 people working in the store which seemed odd. It took forever for someone to acknowledge us but to their defence they were the only 2 working. The place was very dirty, mop and bucket sitting next to the register on the customer sing of the counter the ceiling tiles were all discoloured and water was dripping from the ceiling. The burgers were still good though. Take a chance when you go !

I drove 15 mi for Krystal believe it or not and I was ready for the normal not so friendly attitude however, this is the first time I’ve ever been to this Crystal since anyone that is close to me have closed down. The lady helping me (Ruby) at the drive-thru was more than friendly not only at the speaker but when I paid for my order. I wish this place was closer to me!! If the other crystals treated their staff is nice as I was treated today I could only hope that they would still be around
