My order was simple, a 24 count sackful with cheese and 2 orders of junkyard fries. The Krystal’s were made fresh so it took a little time to get the order but it was all up to par and I enjoyed my meal. I was told that the milkshake machine was down along with the ice machine so drinks would have been room temperature at best, which was a disappointment but what’s new. Lol.

Listen! This place is a sleeper!!!! I roll up to the gas station on SR200 and see this Krystal attached to the side of it. I say to myself “Self, you need to give this spot a try, you are hungry, and you’ve never tried this spot before.”. So I top off, and head into this little burger joint. First things first… Not busy, not dirty, and not noisy. I don’t even get all the way through the door to the place and BAM!!! I’m hot with a nice loud ‘WELCOME TO KRYSTAL!’ from the cook. That put a smile on my face! I get to the counter and look up at the menu. It’s simple enough, little burger packs, chili cheese fries and such… So I put my order in with the same gentleman that had greeted me, and he sets off to make the order. As I look around the place I learn via the old pictures of other KRYSTAL establishments that this restaurant chain has been around for over 80 years, and not much has changed with the menu items. Look, once my food came out, it didn’t disappoint. Everything was PERFECT! great place on SR200 in Yulee, just off I-95. go try it!

When you get fresh sliders that were made when your ordered, they are fantastic. If they have been sitting, waiting to be sold, they are ok at best. Not had the best service at some locations. I travel. I’ve been to many in AL, GA and FL.

Pretty much what you would expect from a Krystal attached to a gas station off the highway. Food was fine, service was okay, the restaurant was a dump. But, I wasn’t expect white tablecloths and candlesticks.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We pulled in at 7:30pm. Even though they close at 8pm, the doors were locked and they were cleaning. One of the workers told us to go around through the drive thru. So we manage to pull our big trailer through the drive thru, only to be told that they were “cleaning the grill” and wouldn’t have any food for at least 20 minutes. Why on earth would you be doing that during your business hours?

Eh….needs better management. The lady at the front was very friendly, although she did yell for her coworker to come out to the front, and it hurt my ears. She also gave me 12 cents of change when i wasnt supposed to get any change (my total was $10.12, and i paid $8 in cash and $2.12 on card). For some reason the soda fountain is out. It was generally clean in the lobby but the kitchen didn’t look great. Definitely going downhill. Better management could fix all these issues. It’s sad to see as I used to come here with my grandpa all the time when I was a little young child.
