If you are familiar with La Cabrera Restaurants located at Buenos Aires and Asunción, you may come to this one and expect the same quality and premium cuts.
The restaurant and atmosphere is pretty similar to the other chain restaurants. While the menu is a bit different, you will still find premium cuts and chops.
I am giving them 3 stars, as its really difficult to get them make the steak cooking point propperly, it is a real oddysey to get a real “Rare” or “Blue” steak (talk about being at the city’s best steakhouse)…
Other than that, their service is good and the overall experience is enjoyable.

Atmosphere was really nice, the layout of the restaurant is well done, and the decoration is fun. We ordered a 800g bife chorizo (240bs if I remember correctly) and it came with a bowl of rice, salad, and shot glass sized sides. The meat was delicious.
I found it odd that they don’t put salt or pepper on the tables. Also we ordered a bottle of Argentinian red wine and when they brought it to us with the meal, it was chilled. We mentioned it to the waiter and he awkwardly laughed because he obviously had no idea why cold red wine was a no-no. Besides that weird interaction, the rest of the service was great. Good for special occasions.

Great restaurant- decor and location. Ordered a ribeye cooked rare and received it cooked medium. They graciously cooked me up a new steak which came out correct. Dessert was fantastic.

This star has dimmed. I almost heard an echo when dining there since there was just another table occupied in the entire restaurant. This once jam-packed steak house has seen better days for sure. There are other good steakhouses in town, which may explain why patrons have not come back. Still, I’m puzzled by this one. I hope there is an upswing soon.

It is a fine service, really nice restaurant, a beautiful decoration yet that’s it, the meat and the food it is of an irregular quality, sometimes it’s good and sometimes it is just not that good, the meat well they sell it is Argentinian yet I’ve had better national steaks, they should standardize their quality
