No matter when I have came to this Location the ladies have always been the absolute greatest! They are always so kind and make sure to tell me to have a blessed day when handing me my meal.

Most establishments considered to be fast food Do not have time to engage in short, friendly conversations. Not here. They always answer and ask you right back.

Saw us come in, and left the counter. Never came till I call for someone, not busy at all. Never said hi. Burgers not made right. They had a tray of onions by the stove but not on burgers. Will not stop there again, was just passing thru.

I went to this location today to order food. When I arrived at the speaker one of the employees said “Our system is down so we’re only taking cash”. I responded with “Okay, Are you able to give proper change for the cash?”. Mind you she just told me the system was down. So maybe that meant the register also wasn’t working and the exact cash amount was needed. The person responded by saying “What do you mean, I just said we are only taking cash”. 1. That’s ghetto. 2. Where is the professionalism? Why is it hard to say “Yes we do have change”. 3. I think it’s best to hire people who are polite and have common sense. Needless to say I’ll never be back here.

The person who took the order was nice and friendly. Was told to drive to the other side of drive thur to wait. Waited about 10 mins to get out food. We were not impressed by the Pricing, fries were only half filled to the holder. Won’t stop to get anything in this area. Looks run down with poor service.

Krystal in Tifton, GA deserves this review. The drive-thru here is painfully slow — and I’m talking on NON-busy days. Expect to wait 10–15 minutes per car, no exaggeration. You’ll sit there watching employees standing around with their hands in their pockets or glued to their phones while the line doesn’t move an inch.
It’s honestly ridiculous. I’ve noticed fast-food service in Tifton has been slipping across the board, but this location takes the prize. If you’re in a hurry, or you just value your time, skip this place. There’s no excuse for service this slow.

I just read some of the reviews on here. Somebody is high. This was the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at in my entire life. The service was rude. The food was gross.
They shorted us a coke.We paid for it and they accused us of taking it when they didn’t give it to us. I ordered three pups with chili cheese, onions and mustard.I’ve got pictures of what they gave me.I’m pretty sure that they scraped it off the floor, disgusting. Do not eat here ever!
