Nice job here at this crystals, they listened and did not rush through the intercom service. I ordered a sack full 12 with cheese and loaded fries. Always the same menu crystals rarely adds to a proven menu. I would recommend this place compared to the others in this area

Worst customer service. Just rude. No greeting or “can I take your order?” All you heard was “direct change or card”.
I’m confused and asked “are you ready for my order?” Again just “ direct change or card”. Poor customer service skills. Then after the order was taken which was a scrambler combo, I asked for condiments (butter) and she said they didn’t have any. The other male staff at the drive thru register like they want to fight to with a mug on his face!
Been here several times before and the other workers definitely have better customer service than this.

Don’t go!! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had dinning out. The food was cold. I was missing items that I purchased. The drinks where watered down. The glazed bombs had no glaze, I saw a roach on the outside of the window. Above all I asked for a refund and had to wait an hour before I was able to get one. The server christen refused to come to the window and give me a refund because she knew they served me this. I would not feed that to a dog!!!!

I can’t really comment on the quality of the food because I was doing DoorDash and picking up an order for a customer. When I walked in, there was no one one at the register. There was a gentleman sitting in the lobby waiting on a burger. He told me I had to yell to the back to get someone to come. Just as soon as I was getting ready to do that one of the workers passed by to grab a bag and she looked me dead in the face said nothing and kept on walking. I stood there about another good three to four minutes before a different worker walk past did the same thing except this time she was grabbing a cup look me dead in the face and walked off without acknowledging me standing there. Now let’s keep in mind I was wearing a DoorDash vest!!! So then the gentleman that was sitting there started complaining because he had been sitting there 15 minutes waiting on a burger that they had messed up for him. Upon standing there examining the restaurant it was nasty and filthy and all I can think to myself was how can people eat out of this establishment. I personally would never! I immediately start looking for the inspection sticker to see what grade that restaurant had but I could not find it. Again I don’t see how people eat there or see how they are even passing inspections. I ended up waiting 12 minutes to get my customers order. That was unacceptable and as I was walking out the gentleman finally got his burger.

Worst service ever. Waited forever for someone to finally to take our order and waited even longer for the food. Women’s bathroom is awful. There’s trash and dirt on the floors. The fries were used in old Grease because you can taste it and were reheated. My son’s burgers were cold. The burgers don’t even taste like Krystal’s.

I Ordered food through grubhub and it tastes terrible, the hash browns were crumbs and greesy and the biscuit was not crispy or flaky just soft and undergone. It was very disappointing.

Rude drive thru employee. Burgers were smashed and buns were soggy. Add a medium drink was an additional 4 bucks.

Waited 15 mins on 3 Krystal burgers an 2 chilli cheese pups. Upon me asking what the hold up was she said she forgot to add onions not acceptable at all. They got to get it together burger was cold cheese wasn’t melted on chilli cheese pups.
