We went through the drive through. We ordered 2 apple pies. We where informed it would be 6 minutes wait for them, prior to securing our order. This was nice to know and of course we didn’t mind the wait. However, because of the wait, we decided after the fact to add 4 Krystals to the order at the window. Sorry. They informed us it would be 8 minutes for the Krystal. OF course we did not mind. We appreciated fresh hot food and worth the wait and we weren’t in a hurry. We were traveling through on vacation. The food was fresh and delicious. The young man that handed us our food apologized for the wait and was very courteous.

This was a good experience. Food was fresh and they gave my dog a hot dog :). Krystal has closed many locations in/around Atlanta, and I get why- the food was bad as well as service. Sorry, I need to be clearer.
I didn’t go in, I went thru the drive thru. My Krystals were okay, but there was a smell coming out of the window (no idea what it was) that lingered long after I got home and it wasn’t a nasty smell, just unusual. I am a picky person, sorry bout that, and I couldn’t eat all my food, but my nephew said his chiks were great!

Food was fine, about what you expect. However they have gotten crazy with their prices. Never again. I can go to sit down restaurant for the same price. 12 cheese Krystal’s and chili cheese fry was 28 dollars. Pricing theirself out of business

DO NOT EAT HERE but if you do CHECK EVERYTHING even if there is a long line and you are holding up others. ( I saw the burnt onions on the hamburgers in the bottom of the bag comment and I believe them) There is a reason why there are signs about people arguing with staff when they give you the wrong meal, badly cooked food, forget items, ect. They get their orders wrong SO MANY TIMES, there is also a sign saying they won’t replace even if you just drive around the building.
They gave me some mess of chopped up dry folded egg instead of the 3 over easy eggs I ordered. Went back around and to the window and it was too bad, you should have checked them before you pulled off even tho you only drove around the building. My mistake, several cars behind me and I was checking the bag as I drove off. I said I would never eat there again.
So 2 months later, today, McDonald’s was out of eggs, I go back. I knew to check and make sure I had fried eggs so I pulled out the tray at the window and checked. Did I break them open or look underneath the top one, no. Of course “the bacon is in the bag” proved to be a flat out lie. Get home and they are actually fried hard not over easy and the two under the top one are almost black on the bottom and NO bacon. They KNEW what they gave me. What would she have said if I had pulled off the top egg and saw what was underneath? Who goes digging under fried eggs to see what is underneath? Feeling like an idiot I call anyway, and of course it was too bad, you drove off. $11 for a breakfast that was inedible and missing items.
It is shameful they get away with things like this and if you complain, you are the bad guy. So check. Paw thru the over stuffed, tightly packed bags and pull out everything and check the food before you drive away from the window if you are dumb enough to go there. Shame on you Sage

Come on, I know we all have bad days but seriously do better then this. Take some pride in your work no matter the job. The bad part is that I was the only car so they was not slammed or short staffed. Looks like management needs to step up and actually care.

No greeting and took 12 minutes to get the order. The employee that took our order was never going to give us the order until a female employee asked when you going to fill their order it has been 12 minutes. He muttered something and the female finally prepared our order. Fries were fine, but burgers were too strong with mustard. First time to Krystal and will be my last as felt unwelcome their and burger was bad.

Cheyenne was an absolute raging “See You Next Tuesday” lied to us about our order, when someone tells you that they have a certain food allergy don’t brush it off, very easily could have been hospitalized if I came in contact with dairy products, not to mention by adding cheese to our order we were overcharged by roughly $10, this location is absolutely abysmal and has been for years, people like that do not need to work in customer service
