There were 2 cards ahead of us when we pulled into the drive thru. It took 22 minutes for us to get through to the window. The girl took my debit card and handed me our food. I asked for ketchup and she handed that out, said “have a nice day”, and closed the window. I tapped on it and said, “you have my card”. She then swiped it again! Then she said, “it’s not working, do you have cash”? I told her no and she looked back at it and said, “Oh, it worked”. I got our food and checked our banking app and, sure enough, I was charged twice! AND she tried to get cash out of me. My husband went inside to tell them, which took another 10 minutes because they didn’t know how to refund to the card. Now our food is cold. Also, we saw 4 cars leave the line behind us. I do not recommend this location.

No greeting and took 12 minutes to get the order. The employee that took our order was never going to give us the order until a female employee asked when you going to fill their order it has been 12 minutes. He muttered something and the female finally prepared our order. Fries were fine, but burgers were too strong with mustard. First time to Krystal and will be my last as felt unwelcome their and burger was bad.

The manager was very rude made comment that we would just have to wait in a very rude way after we had been patiently waiting for 15 minutes already we had not even complained . She said this after another employee pointed out the fact that we had been waiting 15 min already I politely told her she was very rude and no apology from her we asked for a refund at this point then the grill cooks began speaking rudely to us as we were leaving. On another note the young lady who rang us up was very polite.

It took 20 minutes to get our order, and it was still missing an item. When we went in to get the missing item, the cook argued that she put it in the bag. After we convinced her it was definitely not there, it took another 5 minutes to get the one missing item.
