I just left this establishment 25-30 minutes ago. I must say the food was absolutely horrible…!!! They gave me old burgers that had obviously been sitting for longer than 3 hours, probably all day! The meat, dried out, onions dried out and skimpy to the point where they were nearly invisible! Bread, hard but hot which meant it was warmed up in an microwave to give off the false feeling and appearance of “fresh food”. If I could give half of star I would, I’m extremely disappointed. Also I live 24 miles from this location because we don’t have a Krystals in Warm Springs, Ga. I’m definitely returning for a refund!!! By the way, the phone # listed does not work…!

This Krystal location never let’s me down. The staff is always laid back, down to earth, and kind. Just real people giving good service. I really like the overnight manager too. One time He pointed out that it had been a while since I had last come there, and it made me feel really special. Oh, and the fact that this location is open 24 hours is so awesome!!

First time I have ever been told at a drive thru that they have so many online orders… that it would be a very long wait at the drive thru…30 minutes!. Therefore I didn’t try your food for the first time. Can’t miss something I didn’t get to try. We actually burn gas and waste our time coming out to your establishment only to have to take a back seat to people who are sitting at home to lazy to come and pick it up? I won’t give it a second chance… discovered Cook Out instead and it was great!!! So maybe I should say thank you

I stopped by around 10:30pm as I work night shift and needed lunch. My French fries were hot/fresh and my soda was strong. My burgers on the other hand needed some improvements. My buns were soggy from what seemed to be old meat patty juices that soaked into it from sitting to long I suppose. Fresh buns and meat wouldn’t get soggy that fast.

I usually always use the drive thru but Thursday we came in side. Big mistake or in my part a good thing because I will no longer eat anything from this establishment! The place was dirty the employees looked dirty and looked like they had not combed their hair in a longtime. Clothes hanging and in disarray. When we finally got our order I had pretty much lost my appetite. This is sad to see. I hope you make some changes and take a little more pride in quality and cleanliness.

Do not go here at all cost. Burger was grey, soggy and disgusting. Definitely sat out for hours. Ordered the 24 pack and we ate 2. Wouldn’t even pass the rest out to homeless.

What happened to the chicks? I got a sackful of Krystal’s which were fine, then 6 chicks thinking it would be like the regular chicks. They were a tough piece of chicken like that nasty Tyson chicken tasting stuff you buy at the store. Nothing like the regular chicks. To top it off 6 chicks which are wrapped in a sandwich wrapper instead of in the box like they used to be cost $23.76 which was $3.96 a piece. I had no idea they changed their chicks or that they cost more than a sack of 12 Krystal’s with cheese for only 6 of them. They are nasty!!!!! I want my money back.

Cashier was rude, refused to make an order without onions due to life threatening allergies even though we were the only customers in the restaurant and no one was in the drive thru. Then had the audacity to throw the money at my husband. Restaurant was completely empty when we walked in, employee was in the bathroom and walked out when I walked into the bathroom. Only ran water over their hands, no soap!!!! If I could give a minus ten rating I would!

Food is way overpriced especially the chili cheese pups. Parking lot is dirty and in bad condition. Inside I had to step through large puddles of water that were apparently leaking from the soda fountain.
