Went here because I got a gift card for Christmas. I had low expectations going into it but they managed to not even reach that low bar. My boyfriend and I both got a drink and food. I ordered my mocha signature latte with oat milk instead of whole. They used almond milk. I dont like almond milk in my coffee because its too strong of a flavor, not to mention if they did that to someone with a nut allergy. The donut we ordered was missing but they gave us a few extra which is why they got two stars and not one. Both of our signature lattes were handed to us without the whipped cream and drizzle it comes with. I asked them to fix it and they gave it back with the smallest amount of cream. And as per usual, the reason I stopped going to dunkin the the first place, my drink did not taste like it had the extra 2 shots of espresso I ordered. I order the same drink anytime I go and I can taste the difference when they dont put my extra shots in. Ill just stick with 7 Brew.

IDK why there’s a 3.9 rating but this specific Dunkin’ Donuts is one of my absolute favorites it’s the absolute best place. Not only is the service above pristine but every time I come into this Duncan I never get my order wrong my order is perfect every single time the only time that I ever and I mean ever gotten something wrong was when I was accidentally given a coffee instead of a hot chocolate which was rectified immediately and they apologized for it and even gave me a secondary bag of hash browns as an apology I wasn’t even mad I was like oh yeah it happens and they still were like no no no take the hash browns please we feel horrible. This is one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the entirety of the Akron area ever

Worst dunkin i’ve ever been too. Wait times are though the roof, rude when they do serve you, as well as the drive thru (generally quicker way to get food when you’re running low on time) still waited 20+ minutes, had people honking at me in line like it was my problem their inconsistent. Last time I was there they refused to make an advertised* drink after me waiting 20 minutes to even order(through the drive thru). Never will deal with again. Please find someone one else to take their plaza spot that actually wants to serve and earn their spot in the community as a legitimate business. This location is dumping the Dunkin’ Donuts name.

Came in ro get a gift card and had a coupon for a free cofee. No one in the store 4 people working and I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes. Then he rang up my gift card and a coffee and wanted to charge me for my free coffee. Ii told him the coffee was supposed to be free and so after he totaled out the sale he tried to swipe the coupon for the free coffee and it wouldn’t go through. I told him to cancel the transaction and ring them up separately. Then he couldnt ring up the free coffee because he scanned it once and so it was no good. It said the coupon was good until dec 31.

Been coming here for some time now. I must say i can not believe what I was told by the manager Linda herself is just insane. Called cause my drinks were wrong again. She said I should be checking my order b4 I pull off at 545 am. Im just in shock. Like absolutely not that your job to make sure everything is accurate before going out . She is so verybl rude to customers and her employees I also know one employees that quit cause shes so rude . And that employee was so amazing always making sure everything was right . Jessica the assistant is also amazing and dont know whybshe isn’t the general manager. She always takes care of me if I have an issue. So thank you jessica you are what a manager is supposed 2 be. Maybe one day they realize that . Good luck they have completely lost my business.

Coffee was good but idk what was going on in that lady’s head to make her think I’d be happy with this bagel not even edible.
Edit: a week later and I have more to say lmao, the workers have nothing but excuses for their mistakes, I asked for a caramel macchiato and they gave me a plain one when I politely told them it was caramel and not plain they told me “well she heard you say just a macchiato.” Regardless if that’s the case all she had to do was pump some flavouring into the drink. With the bagel pictured below I had called because I couldn’t deal with it at the store due to needing to work when I called I asked for the manager who wanted nothing to do with me by the way she told me that I don’t need to ask for a manager in regards to the bagel and that the bagels are “pretoasted” in the morning and are warmed up when they are ordered. Idk doesn’t make sense to me but I don’t work there so I wouldn’t know. My boyfriend ordered the snackin bacon and it was toooo crispy so idk if you guys need to turn the oven down or what. Anywho whilst we were waiting for the bagels and bacon we had waited for at least 15 mins (still not sure why) I felt horrible for the other people by the time we left there were 7 cars waiting in the drive through by the time we left. Almost went up to each car and told them it wouldn’t be worth it

I’ve been coming here since I moved and it’s just progressively worse each time I go. And lately my drinks aren’t even full when I pick them up also I’ve ordered coffee milk in my iced coffee on the app and when I did thru the drive thru they said they can’t do it. So I’ve paid for it all those times and never got it because they aren’t allowed? Sounds like this place is just ripping me off

I am done with DD. The past 4 times I have gotten this coffee, there are grounds. EVERY TIME. I’ve complained corporately and never hear back. There is a problem with whatever filters you’re using. They are too thin. There are ground in every one of my coffees the past 4 times. Different locations, different blends. Upgrade your filters. This is disgusting!
