Love this location! Every time I’m in the area for work I come here. Everybody is always so friendly and attentive, especially JT! Even though they were very busy he was attentive and made sure he delivered excellent customer service.

Made an online order 10mins before arriving, I was told I didn’t (By the manager). She then dug in the trash to find my receipt. Did not wash her hands before touching someone else’s already bagged food. Then the manger saw my ticket and proceeded to tell me it will be out soon, in the waiting area 20 mins later, which was very cold btw. And I still haven’t hear any indication of them washing their hands… GROSSS, I wish I could give negative stars!!

This location needs to train it’s employees on how to give good customer service. If you wouldn’t eat it…don’t serve it to paying customers! Late night employees with the exception of two really would benefit from a customer service training session. Horrible experience here. The food was cold, items were missing, and a dessert was replaced without even confirming with me if it was ok. The fries were not fully cooked. I went into the building 3 times and still didn’t leave 2% satisfied. These people don’t care to take your money and mess up your order, so be sure to always check if you decide to get anything from here

It’s 9:25pm on a Sunday, I pulled up to the driveway thru and sat for several minutes before a man came on and stated “we are only doing door dash orders right now”

Stopped in here for lunch and the lady at the register was very rude. What’s worse is I think she was the store manager. First she was arguing with me about what items I could pick from on the Pick 5 combo. It shows on the screen above her head that you can get a chick but she was getting very angry and saying that it wasn’t on there or I wasn’t looking at the right place when I was looking right at it and pointing at it but she’ll l she kept telling me it wasn’t there. Then she got a call on her phone and just walked off and left and apparently there wasn’t anyone else who could finish our order. She never came back so eventually we left along with the people waiting in line behind us.

Pulled in to the drive thru at 5pm. Woman in the window said they are closed. Pulled up to a parking spot to look for somewhere else, then saw 2 cars drive in to the drive thru and get service? Pretty bad! Guess they didn’t want to serve me.
