Food was ok never been here before and never had a steamed burger so it was interesting. I ordered a #4 and they messed up my order but fixed quickly when I showed them. Now cleanliness of place was something else every table was dirty and so was the floor. Hearing lots of not so great conversations coming from staff in the back as no music to drown out anything else.

I waited 6 minutes in the drive-thru, but nobody assisted me. I pulled up to the drive-thru window, and the staff just looked at me without helping. I then tried to go inside to dine in, but the door was closed. The time was 6:30 PM. The food is good; my dad loves it. I’m just sad about the service.

have never been so disgusted by this villa rica location in the 30 years I have lived here. I spent $40 earlier today for my family on a 24ct with drink and fries 11:11 to be exact. The top layers of sandwiches were fine but the bottom layer of the bag had nothing but days old krystals. The bread was hard and crusty like they have been left out for days; the meat patties were so hard and crumbly, dark and dried out.

Use to love the food. But a few weeks ago ordered a couple of Krystals drove off started to eat them and they were so soggy the bread was mush. Couldn’t go back for lack of time. Thought I would try again today SAME SORRY BURGER! Someone needs to instruct the cook on how to make burgers. That’s it for me money thrown away plus couldn’t eat the food.

Krystal is just golden!! There’s so few left in the world and you just can’t beat a good ‘ole sackful of Krystal burgers anytime! I wish Krystal Corporation would do an overhaul to all Krystal locations and begin building more all over the place.
The location of this Krystal is not real convenient, but it’s always worth the stop. The staff always seems friendly. I never go inside. Love you Krystal! Please stay alive!!!

If you go inside instead of drive thru then be prepared to wait forever. They take care of drive thru customers and ignore the front counter. My order was very simple but the guy still got it wrong and then proceeded to argue with me about it when I told him it was wrong

Ordered for two combos a chick,hotdog and two additional Krystals. They were out of soda only offering tea or lemonade, that was ok, so ordered anyways. Upon reaching the window lady was friendly then the employee who was in the kitchen came to the window giving us our order. Needless to once we reached home we realized we only had one combo chick and. Hotdog I was so upset and working all day I was not going all the way back to hwy61 my husbands Krystal’s were saturated in mustard. This location is by far the worst Krystal’s I’ve been too and I’ve been going to this location hoping for improvement since I was 16 get it together! This place is a disappointment.

I bought a 12 Krystal combo and that’s 15.99 and they charged me $26.57 with tax .
So 12 Krystals cost me $23.09 add cheese $1.74 plus tax. A total of $26.57
The Krystal’s were dried out and the fries were cold. I will not ever eat at Krystal again!! This will result in shutting down the restaurant with bad food, service and being overpriced. My dogs enjoyed them .

These pictures are the result of the immature employees getting angry because they had to remake my order that they got wrong…..when I placed my ordered they literally just gave me bread and meat. No pickles, condiments or anything! They were completely bare other than just a patty and bread! So when I returned and asked them to be remade the employees got so angry that I wanted it remade that they did this. They wouldn’t allow us inside so we watched from the window as they giggled and did this. They were so soggy from some fluid they added to the bread (not sure what it was but you can see it shining on the bread in the first picture) that the bread was falling to pieces and they still didn’t add any condiments, pickles or anything…. just onions. I have no idea why they were behaving this way. I didn’t have an attitude I just wanted the food I paid for to be done correctly or least partially right. We never ate then as we weren’t sure what the fluid was and they were completely inedible.
