This might be the worst food I have ever eaten. Krystal holds some special memories for me as a kid. I remember eating the burgers often when I was younger and I always found them delicious.
I’m sad I went here and had some. This was some of the most dissatisfying food I have ever had. The person who took my order was impatient while I tried to look at a menu I had not set eyes on in over a decade, course and genuinely seemed to hate his job and me. I needed to ask for my receipt, which he gave with reluctance, shoving it out the window without a word.
The food itself was hardly food. It was lukewarm, the buns were completely soaked through with moisture and a soggy mess. Massive amounts of mustard were splattered on the burgers and somehow the meat was a dull grey, rather than brown.
This is the worst $11 I have ever spent in my entire life and I will NEVER eat at Krystal again because of this experience.

My mother who is almost 70 went to this location a couple weeks ago and waited over 20 minutes when she went to the window to tell them she would just like a refund the guy at the window cussed and yelled at her in her face. The little girl working grab the food from him and gave it to my mom and apologized in his place. This is absurd your employee should not be yelling at the elderly and cussing them out

This Krystal is 50/50…sometimes it’s fire and other times you’re going to get food that’s just been sitting there. Also check your order before you leave. The cashiers are quiet but really nice….

The Krystal were so mushy and cold. They looked like they were thrown into the boxes. The fries were cold and hard. What the world? For 36 dollars they should have been fresh and piping hot. Plus we had to wait almost 15 with no other customers in the drive through or dine in area.

The food was awful. My sandwich was cold, greasy and mushy. The other sandwich had old, hard meat on it. My fries were hard and obviously old. I won’t be back and the manager should do something about the lack of quality control with the food being served to paying customers. It’s a reoccurring theme, just look at the other reviews.

drove right up and ordered. 6 Krystal burgers, 3 2X Krystal’s, fries, corn pup, 2 drinks, apple pie. $36 total. they parked us. 3 other customers went through behind us. employee brought food to another parked customer and yelled at us that they were cooking the corn pup. finally brought out food (short the pie). 5 minute drive home. ALL the food was cold and soggie, even the ‘freshly cooked’ corn pup. overall a bad experience.

This is the worst establishment. The older man was extremely rude when we approached the drive through speaker, he wouldn’t give us anytime to see what we wanted to order. He was also very rude to his cashier. My heart broke for her. She’s always so kind but we will not be returning to this location.

The manager and elder black man was very abusive when I was trying to order . Claims he had a long line there was one car behind me. I went to order and he stopped and was cursing at me. I never saw anything like that in my life he should be fired
